It is conveniently located just 6 miles from the international airport, 1 mile from Emerald Bay, and about 20 minutes from Georgetown the Capital of Exuma. This spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath oasis is the perfect getaway for 5 couples or a big family. Four bedrooms include king beds with en-suite bathrooms and one bedroom includes (2) full-size beds with a twin trundle. All beds feature brand-new top-quality mattresses and plush linens. The villa features an outstanding outdoor living space with a pool overlooking the ocean and soft outdoor seating. A gas grill and large dining table are great for entertaining. Right on the beach, it is the perfect spot to watch the sunset and get up early to watch the sunrise. With well-appointed rooms and an open floor plan, this house is ideal for families and groups to enjoy time together. The large modern kitchen features new countertops, stainless steel appliances with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, a separate ice maker, a beverage refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, dishwasher, and an induction cooktop. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, coffee maker, Keurig machine, air fryer and a Vita-Mix blender for your drinks! We can also refer you to a local Bahamian chef who will prepare a great Bahamian meal right in our kitchen. If pampering is on your vacation to-do list, we can bring in a masseuse! It is about a 6-mile drive from the Georgetown International Airport. Upon leaving the airport turn left at the first roundabout onto Queen’s Highway. Travel for approximately 6 miles. You will pass through (3) more roundabouts (Sandals & Grand Isle Resort & Marina). After passing Grand Isle you will travel about 1 mile until you see the sign for Harts. Once you see the sign for Harts continues on Queen’s Highway for another 1.2 miles. The Addison will be on the beach side. Look for the large white 2-car garage with blue garage doors.
