This spacious and inviting 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is designed to provide the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay. Step inside and be greeted by an open-concept layout that effortlessly connects the kitchen, living room, dining room, and sitting room. The bright and airy ambiance and nature views from every bedroom set the perfect tone for your lakeside retreat.
You'll enter the front door to the kitchen, an open hall with coat closet and pantry, and then the spacious upper level main living area, including sitting room, living room, dining room, and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including glass cooktop, oven, stainless built-in microwave, ample counter space with bar seating for 4, formal dining with seating for 8, and all the essentials you need to prepare a delicious meals for your family and friends. Enjoy the seamless flow between the kitchen and the rest of the living area, allowing for easy conversation and gathering with the ones you hold near and dear. Many countertop appliances are provided for guest use, including rice cooker, Ninja 9c blender, 4-slice bread toaster, waffle maker, hand mixer, air fryer, charcuterie board, and more!
As you make your way past the sitting room, you'll discover the expansive upper deck, a true outdoor oasis. Relax and unwind in the comfortable lounge area, basking in the warm glow of the propane fire pit as you take in breathtaking views of the lake. It's the ideal spot to sip your morning coffee or gather for evening conversations under the starry sky. This section of the porch is not covered and has Adirondack chairs and sofas for outdoor seating. The upper deck spans almost the entire width of the home, and can be accessed from the sitting room or the primary bedroom.
Off the kitchen, you'll find the primary bedroom with king size bed, a sitting area (great for reading or enjoying the views!), en suite bathroom, dual sinks, private shower, soaker tub, and walk in closet. This bathroom boasts heated floors to enhance your spa-like experience.
From the entryway, if you go left down the hallway, you'll discover a shared bathroom with walk-in glass shower and heated floors, one bedroom with cozy queen bed, and another bedroom with custom queen bunk bed complete with stairs (no uncomfortable ladder) and reading lamps mounted near the headboards on top and bottom. Bedrooms have closets and dressers for clothes storage. At the end of the hallway, the laundry room holds bath towels (white), pool/spa towels (green/white striped) and washer and dryer with laundry supplies for guest use.
Near the front door is also a staircase. Downstairs, you'll continue to find incredible amenities and things to do! The room with the sliding door has a queen-size murphy bed available for guest use and a sleeper sofa that folds into a single bed. And just through the double doors, you'll discover the ultimate game room! A full size pool table, sectional sofa for lounging, smart TV, dart board, and board games. This room also boasts a wet bar with glass-like acrylic cups, and a popcorn maker with different seasonings to tantalize your tastebuds! Past the game room, the first bedroom has a queen bed with dresser and closet for clothes, with an additional storage closet with a folding poker table available for play! Also down this hallway, there's a second bedroom with cozy king size bed with dresser and closet for clothes storage, and a shared bathroom with walk-in shower.

The immediate yard from the home is fenced and provides a space for children to play freely, while the back gate leads you to an enchanting lower-level backyard and lakefront with no fence. The immediate yard is fenced, but gates do not lock, so children should never be left unattended. Parking accommodates approximately 6 vehicles on site. The driveway is paved and on a hill leading down to the home. Other than the 2-3 cars who can park in front of the home at the bottom of the driveway, guests who park halfway up the driveway or nearest to the road should expect to walk downhill on pavement to access the home.
Dock offers one covered boat slip, if guests bring a boat. The nearest boat launch is at HWY 291 Boat Launch, 14302 Riverside Park.
We do have a recording device on the outside of the home for safety and security. Camera(s) do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is a Ring camera at the front door and faces the driveway. The other camera is mounted above the garage and faces the driveway. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas.
We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay.
Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.
This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.
