Five Stars! The hospitality at Candlewood Suites Washington Dulles Sterling was awesome. Amy and Adam were amazing and polite to work with. We had some guys stay here for work for about a month, and it was a pleasurable experience. Five stars all the way. Thanks again, Candlewood team!

Great place to stay in Sterling and great staff. Great amenities. Great for business and personal trips. Free laundry facility is a plus. We loved our stay and the snacks in the lobby for a minimum fee. The business room was very helpful in printing documents.

The whole staff at Candlewood Sterling VA were great!! Myself and several of my co-workers have been staying here for a couple months now. They are all very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and famiy.

We stayed at Candlewood in Sterling, VA after the home was sold. We found it to be a wonderful place while we awaited our next home. The staff there is a delight to be around. They were always helpful, a real first class group. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. It had plenty of office/work space, a nice kitchen, full fridge, dishwasher, a 2 burner cook top surface, and a pantry for storing your groceries and stuff. It lacks an oven, so we purchased a Ninja (counter top oven) that flips up out of the way when not in use. There is weekly maid service that is great. Parking is plentiful and close by. The Exercise Room has 2 treadmills, an elliptical, a large weight machine, and free weights. The Laundry Room is clean, has 5 washers, 6 dryers, work nicely, and are all free to use. Most of those staying here are from other parts of the country, on long & short term work assignments. It was very quiet, no party atmosphere. The Candlewood where we stayed is within a short walking distance (2 minutes) to Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Lowes, Chik-Fil-A, Chilis, McDonalds, and Caines, and within a 10-15 minutes walk to Dulles Town Center Mall and other restaurants. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing a long or short term stay.

Stayed here off and on for 6 months working on a project in the area and without a doubt had the best experience staying here. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was great every visit. It was great having free laundry downstairs and close proximity to walmart and other stores to buy food to cook in the room. Amy and Adam were great on their communication whenever I have issues with my room which they made sure I have same one every visit. Got my receipts every week after checking out and never had any issues. I drove 15 miles to here instead of closer hotels to job site. Staying here was no mistake.

Just got in, traveling for work at Microsoft company booked here usually candlewood is great this is the worst. Room is roomy but whole second floor smells like cat piss including my room let the front know they didn't offer to move me only said they'll checK it tomorrow and clean the carpets. I requested first floor due to having my service dog with me said they didn't have any rooms but I seen several empty. Other guest coming in were complaining about the smell on the second floor even the maintenance man who already had to come up to fix the ac in my room. Just because I have a dog, he's a service working dog not a pet we shouldn't be down graded to these conditions. Would not recommend and if not moved I will try to move hotels or find an Airbnb. I'm suppose to be here for 3 months . Do better sterling location..
