Tonight is my third night at the hotel. I know they only do a courtesy type cleaning after four nights however, I travel at the Hilton frequently, and usually after two nights the food that I may order to the room needs to be discarded as well as the towels need freshening and coffee needs to be replenished. I called this morning to ask if they could do those things as well as they should make the bed. And then went by the front desk and made sure that my request was going to be carried out and they assured me it would. I apologize for coming by the desk and calling, but explained that in the last two visits in the last three weeks at Hilton That the housekeeping service had not performed their duties. With that being said, they smiled and said oh no, those are other properties we will do a good job. And I had to explain that as a friend as one company because I travel all over the US and I only wanted to have the room serviced and that’s what I was looking for no matter who owned the hotel. So after another long day, I came into the room, and everything was done except the bed being made. This would not normally be a big issue accepted the sheets do not fit the bed very well and they come off the corners every night. So, after two nights, I felt it would be great to have them make the bed so that I didn’t have to make the bed again tonight. So I had to make the bed again tonight and tomorrow will be my last night here. I’m not sure if they will come to make the bed so that when I come home after a long day that the bed will be made. It would be nice but you just can’t expect good service anymore these days I think. Like I said, I’m a diamond member with millions of points and still yet the service is not very good. Very disappointing in this hotel. It’s my first stay here and I have been coming to Michigan twice a year for 10 years. So I may try another Hilton brand for my next trip.

Reservierungen mit einem Hotel als bevorzugtes Mitglied gemacht. Ich habe meine Kreditkarte für die Haltung des Zimmers nur 5 Tage Aufenthalt 2 Queensize-Bett. Die Karte, die ich für eine Haltung des Zimmers gelegt habe, wurde um 7 Uhr vor der Eincheckung um 3 Uhr geladen, von der ich den Mitarbeitern angeraten habe, dass ich eine späte Eincheckung machen würde. Ich kam zum Hotel um 8 Uhr sagte ich dem Personal, dass meine Karte belastet wurde die junge Dame war nett und verstanden. Sie hat Empathy, wie ich mich mit meiner Karte belastet fühlte, bevor die Zeit auf der Straße reisen. Sie war nett! Öffnete die Tür für mein Zimmer hatte ich ein Bett. Jemand hatte meine Reservierungen geändert. So haben sie meine Karte vorzeitig ohne Zustimmung geladen, dann ändern Sie meine Reservierung. Ich war besorgt. Sprichwort mit der GM sagte sie, dass sie die Karte, die sie für Wochenenden in ihrem Hotel tut, geladen hat. Sie war nicht mitgefühlt, sie schien es zu sagen candide , unverschämt und unprofessionell. Oh, gut habe ich Ihre Karte geladen und Ihnen irgendeinen Zimmer gegeben. Wir können Ihr Zimmer morgen auf ein Doppelladen. Heck keine ma'am ich habe das Zimmer gereinigt. Ich bin ok ! Das Zimmer hatte ich geräuchert Must und Rauch. Die Dusche hatte Haare in ihm. Blätter auf dem Bett waren nicht sehr sauber Haare und Farbe auf den Blättern. Ich ging nach Walmart gekauft neue Blätter für das Bett. Dieses Hotelzimmer hat Familien für mehr als 30 Tage und wurde als volles Wohnzimmer betrachtet. Ppl stehen ganz am Tag und ganz Nacht draußen . Hallway riecht ! Bitte beachten Sie, wenn Sie vor der Zeit Buchungen in diesem Objekt machen. Ihre Karte wird belastet, wenn das nicht die Karte, die Sie belastet wollen, nicht verwenden. Management sucks !!!

Sehr gutes Restaurant mit sauberen Zimmern. Hilfsbereites Front Desk Personal. Lage ist gut mit guter Restaurant umgeben.

Erstmals zu bleiben. Großes Restaurant und Pool. Insgesamt hervorragende Immobilien werden wir wieder aufhalten.

Es ist eines der besten Hotels in Troy. Das Frühstück war lecker. Ich denke, andere Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen sind über dem Durchschnitt.

If you are looking for a location with the customer in mind, this isn't the place. My husband had business in Michigan and the company booked us at this site. I tagged along for some time away. The facility is clean, but the service is lacking. We needed a late checkout on the final day we were there as his meeting didn't end until the same time as check out. I wanted to be able to stay in the room and load the truck when he got back...we only needed an extra hour. I started calling the hotel two days before we'd arrive to see about the late check out. I was told I had to call back the next day as there was no one there to authorize it that day. So I called the next day only to be told they couldn't do late check-outs until the morning of departure. What? That is crazy. We needed to know before then as the check-out time determined when we'd have to load the vehicle and if I'd have a place to wait for him. We checked every day to see about the check-out time only to be told they couldn't tell us anything. The day before we were to leave, the desk clerk told us we should be able to arrange a late check-out that evening. When we came back from dinner, we asked about the check-out again. This time, the desk clerk, who was lounging in the chairs in the lobby, told us we couldn't do a late check-out until the next day and she didn't know why the earlier clerk would have told us we could do it the evening before. So I called the front desk at 12:15 a.m. to request the late check-out and was politely told it would be no problem and it was arranged immediately. Give me a break. I can't believe they couldn't do a late check-out earlier in the week. The company hosting the meetings my husband went to told him they'd had the same issue with the hotel in the past when they requested late check-outs for spouses attending with their spouse. In addition, in-room amenities are missing. No coffee maker is available nor is there one you can get from the front desk. They keep carafes of coffee and ”hot” water in the lobby. The water was lukewarm at best and the coffee was the worst I've ever had. It looked and tasted as if it had been sitting in the carafe since the day before. No closet to hang clothes in the room nor drawers to put anything in. They have storage under the bed and some pegs on the wall to hang things as well as hangars above the refrigerator that are too short to put much on. Our bathroom door wouldn't stay open so we had to block it open with the Kleenex holder. The small working area is next to the register for the heating/cooling so either warm or cold air blows on you while you are working. We saw very few guests staying at this location. Maybe if they kept their customers in mind, they would have more business. I hope my husband's company picks a different location for future stays.

We loved the historical district &everything was close in travel timethe pool was closed because of health departments on Friday but the 8 and 12 year Olds went with mom dad and 82 year old great grampa to go cart track it was alot of fun only a 5 hour trip from tinley pk Illinois

Als ich in der Agentin gehte, sagte mir, ich müsse eine 25-Dollar-Bareinlage hinterlassen, da sie Kreditkarteneinlagen nicht akzeptieren. Ich sagte ihr, ich habe nicht 25 Dollar, weil ich normalerweise kein Bargeld tragen, wie es 2022 ist und ziemlich viel jeder bezahlt mit Kreditkarte. Sie rief den Manager an und er war ok, nicht die Bareinlage zu verlassen, weil ich einer der ”älteren” Zimmer zugewiesen wurde. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt sagte ich, ich mag nicht wirklich, ein ”älter” Zimmer zugewiesen werden, weil das wahrscheinlich schmutzig und grob bedeutet. Sie sagte nein, es war sauber, es hatte nur alte Möbel. So habe ich das widerwillig akzeptiert und ging ins Zimmer. Nun, ohne Schock, es war nicht nur alt, sondern ziemlich grob. Fliegen und Insekten fliegen überall, vor allem im Badezimmer und es gab einen toten Insekt auf Das Bett. Das Zimmer riecht eine Mischung aus Reinigungslösung und Stachelruch. Ich habe die Matratze und Boxspring überprüft und obwohl jetzt Bettbugs sehen konnte, waren sie sehr schmutzig und definitiv Zeichen von früheren Infestationen. Das Badezimmer hatte Löcher in den Wänden und Gott weiß, was in sich geklaut war. So ging ich zum Vordertafel und sie wechselten mein Zimmer nachdem ich mich beschwert hatte. Es war etwas besser und ich vermute ein frisches Zimmer, aber immer noch in einem insgesamt schlechten Zustand. Die Mitarbeiter waren schön genug.. Ich habe nur wenig von der ganzen Motel-6-Marke erwartet, und dieses Motel spiegelt im Grunde das Unternehmen wider - eine Motel-Marke, die nur etwas billiger ist als andere Budget-Optionen, Aber mit einer kontinuierlich schlechten Anzahl von datierten Eigenschaften, die abweichen und schmutzig, mehr so als die anderen. Diese Erfahrung und eine andere mit der Marke hat mich gerade völlig aus dem Weg gezogen. Deren Kundenservice ist schlecht. Das Personal ist im Allgemeinen freundlich, Aber es gibt wenig, die sie tun können, weil sie nicht die Unterstützung von Management erhalten, um eine gute Kundenservice-Erfahrung zu bieten. Motel 6 Marke braucht neue Führung an der Spitze - es ist so datiert wie seine Eigenschaften.
