Gute Lage im Zentrum der Stadt. Die Zimmer recht einfach eingerichtet, es fehlt irgendwie an Abstellflächen, sei es für die Koffer, oder auch im Bad. Ansonsten sauber und ordentlich. Wer Glück hat, und ein Zimmer zum Fluss mit Bergblick bekommt, ist happy. Wir hatten das Zimmer zur Straße, Lärm durch die Transitstrecke nach Russland. Aber mit Ohrstöpseln ging es dann doch irgendwie. Gutes Frühstück , guter Service.

Lovely little hotel, easily accessible right in center of town. Friendly staff, nice rooms, excellent views from rooms and terrace. Only issue was small shower. Breakfast was also nice. Rooms clean. Restaurant had good food and was served promptly.

Its a fantastic location. We had one room at the back of the hotel, from the balcony you have a view of the river and up to the mountains and the Gergeti Trinity Church. And another room on the front of the hotel where you can sit on the balcony and watch whats going on at the small square and the road. Other restauants and shops just a stones throw away. Comfortable Rooms and bed. Very Friendly staff offering good service , relaxed atmosphere and good food in the restaurant and cafe / bar/ terrace area.

i was here in January and the service was excellent. the place is pet friendly and the food is so delicious. i tried pepperoni, shkmeruli (georgian traditional dish), chicken with veggies. Highly recommend this place if you want to relax from a noisy city and a busy schedule. Located in the center of kazbegi and the view is just a cherey on top. the waitresses here are very friendly and attantive

Very nice hotel. The location is very good. Reception staff is very good. Spent two nights in the room facing the river . It was wonderful experience. Indian restaurant just at few steps aways from the hotel.

Overpriced and slow service. Kitchen is severely understaffed: only two other tables were occupied, yet the waiter told me it would take a long time because of the capacity problems. Beautiful view though.

Our group stopped here for lunch after visiting the Holy Trinity Church. The food was good and at a reasonable price. The seating area had large windows giving us good views to the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I arrived very late, around 11pm. No matter - staff were more than happy to serve me hot, fresh food. Then they waited until i was done, assuring me throughout that it's not a problem at all. Top marks, beyond the call of duty! Special thanks to the chef for the food and to Tamara for her excellent service.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and pillows, good shower. Very friendly staff. For the price I would have expected breakfast to be included. I'd definitely stay here again. Had a fine meal in the evening.
