"Das Hotel kann einige Jahre lang ins Haus eingehen, es schmeckt wie ein Schmetterling. Das Fenster kann nicht die Luft öffnen. Das Frühstück ist einfach, es gibt keine automatische Kaffeemaschine, es gibt einen guten Kaffee und es ist nicht sehr gut zu trinken. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, die Hochgeschwindigkeit ist der Parkplatz der Tür ist sehr groß, Im Gegenteil: Es ist sehr bequem, im Einkaufszentrum zu essen."

"Baited and Switched my room rate. Had a hotel confirmation number for my room cost $200 less than what I was charged at check in because I used a Marriott discount. Check in person said that this hotel is not honoring my rate, I asked why and was told that I had to have the same last name as the person giving me the discount rate. I tried to explain that that is not correct as long as I am immediate family member I can receive this rate, and you have my reservations booked under the same rate. I was then told that this hotel can choose to charge whatever rate they want anytime before check in. I was shocked at this point and wanted to just go to another hotel since there are at least 4 other hotels in walking distance but I choose to check in anyway because I was worried about this hotel charging me anyway for the room since I wouldn't be cancelling before the 1 day advance notice, at this point I felt that I couldn't trust them to not charge me for the room rather I checked in or not, although the lady at the desk said I could book my room at a different Marriott hotel and they would honor my rate and she would cancel my room at no charge. The point is why is this hotel not honoring my confirmed reservation and choosing to bait and switch my rate at check in. I felt as if I was ripped off paying an additional $200 for my stay. The room appeared to be clean except live & dead spiders in my room, the coffee maker didn't make coffee without spilling it all over the counter. The lady at the desk was nice but the manager was not friendly or even cared about my concern. The owner never returned a call to me ever. I was also told another customer tried to check in earlier with the same discount and was refused and they were very upset, well I can understand why. I'm a gold member and have never ever over 10 years been refused a check in at my confirmed rate. What business would upset a customer that way. This hotel is crooked and beware you were warned."
