Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe der antiken Stadt und es ist sehr praktisch, sich die Umgebung anzusehen. Der Service ist sehr gut und die Einstellung ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr reichhaltig, aber es gibt einige, Nährwertgarantie, absolut satt, am besten isst man gebratenes Brot, und fragt die Gäste, ob sie jeden Tag Omelette brauchen, sehr rücksichtsvoll. Ich blieb sechs Tage und gab mir ein kostenloses Upgrade-Zimmer, vielen Dank!

Great location in Old Town. Good comfortable large bed with good pillows, blackout curtains. Exceptional sleep. Good locations for light switches and powerpoints. Room and bathroom nice and clean. Can get laundry done for reasonable priceper bag. Shower had good water pressure and hot water, but no shower head, only hand held. No shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast ok. No lift, no room safe. Overall, enjoyed a good comfortable stay and would stay again for a short stay.

I made a reservation at Boss Hotel. I needed accommodation for one night before heading back home, so I wanted to find a hotel close to the main old market. Additionally, I was keen on a hotel that provided free car parking, not due to cost concerns, but rather to ensure easy car accessibility as I prefer not to drive within the city. I decided on Boss Hotel with the expectation of complimentary parking. Upon my arrival at the hotel, the staff informed me about the available car parking options. However, visualizing the arrangements was a bit challenging, especially since I had a lot of luggage and was uncertain about the security of public parking. Finding the hotel's location proved to be a struggle, as it was situated in a hilly area. Despite this, my initial feelings of being overwhelmed were quickly replaced by a sense of comfort and belonging, thanks to the exceptionally supportive and responsive staff. Although the hotel's location required navigating some stairs from the city, which was a bit of a challenge for me due to my physical condition, the warm and welcoming ambiance made me feel right at home. Despite having stayed in over six different hotels during the past couple of weeks, the breakfast experience at Boss Hotel, with its views of old houses and charming narrow streets, stood out as a highlight. As for parking, I eventually learned that it was permissible to park in the public area nearby, and the parking was complimentary. Additionally, I was given the option to park at the hotel for a fee of 10 euros per day.

If u want to stay near the old city this is the place!! Located a min walk from everything you want at the old city with its shops, restaurants and landmarks. The rooms are nice and clean, with a very nice breakfast, and my best Bosnian coffee I had during my trip, my family and I have been taking around by a great tour (meet Bosnia) and took us to number of great locations to try the best Bosnian coffee but really for me the best one was made by the amazing host Lady Maliha. This place I do highly recommend for all my friends as for sure they will enjoy the stay. Thanks and looking forward to coming back again

Herrlicher, reibungsloser, zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt mit Rundum-Service und immer freundlichem Umgang, was auf hervorragende Mitarbeiter und echtes Interesse am Kundenservice hindeutet. Alle Anfragen, auch einige herausfordernde, wurden mit Leichtigkeit und einem Lächeln beantwortet und gelöst. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, direkt den Hügel hinauf vom Pigeon Square in Old Town, einem der magischeren Orte. Auf Erden. Das heißt, ich glaube, wir sind immer noch auf Erden.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der perfekten Lage, Szenen und in der Nähe von Restaurants, Geschäften usw. Es ist zu Fuß entfernt von der alten Stadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie der Kabelwagen, der Holzquelle, historische Moscheen, Stadthalle, ewige Flamme, Museen, Märkte usw.. Das Hotel ist super sauber und das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und wissensvoll. Das Zimmer selbst war riesig, das Bett war sehr komfortabel, das Badezimmer war fantastisch, Sie haben Toiletten und Tee, Kaffee etc. gegeben. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen frisch und schmecklich, ein Buffet-Stil mit einer Vielzahl von Saften und Kaffee/Tee, essen so viel! Nutzte die Sauna, die kostenlos ist und Sie buchten Sitzungen mit dem Rezeptionspersonal. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen und würde dort wieder bleiben, wenn ich wieder Sarajevo Bosnien besuche, liebte es! Danke :-)

5 Sterne mögen angesichts der angebotenen Annehmlichkeiten und Einrichtungen großzügig erscheinen. Ja, es ist etwas veraltet, aber es ist nicht der Zustand, der 5 Sterne rechtfertigt. Es ist das Personal an der Rezeption. Ich wünschte, ich wüsste ihre Namen, aber sie waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem der junge Mann (er heiratet bald) war wunderbar und fuhr uns eines Morgens zum Bahnhof. Außerdem ist die Lage großartig; 5 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Ich würde es wärmstens empfehlen.
