Backyard:The backyard features an AMAZING pool and spa both of which can be heated for an additional fee. Enjoy stunning mountain and city views as you relax in the pool or spa, at one of the several seating areas or balcony. Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING) 1) No Parties. No questions asked! 2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind3) Home is equipped for 16 people. Please inquire for higher guest counts. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.4) Must be 25 or older to book the property. 5) No smoking6) No pets7) Guests do not have access to garage8) Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature9) Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted.**Pool/Spa Heating Information**:Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day to heat to 85 degrees pool and requires a 48 hour notice. Pool heating is only allowed for consecutive days with. There is also a 2 night minimum for pool heating. Spa heating (when pool is not heated for the stay) is available for $50 per night.Other Details to note:Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. The other 2 bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and these three bedrooms share 2 additional updated baths. There is also a 2 car garage for guests, which includes a folding ping pong. The entire house is surrounded by natural desert landscaping which will soothe your soul and provides privacy from the other homes in the neighborhood. Take a walk through the quiet neighborhood streets or drive just a short distance to multiple trailheads including Sabino Canyon only 5 minutes away. There are multiple great restaurants and grocery stores only 5 minutes away or drive 10 minutes to the upscale La Encantada shopping mall with shopping, restaurants and the famously local AJ's Fine Foods with awesome wine and deli and bakery selections. Everything you need to unwind and relax is right nearby, with the ever present desert landscape always in view. There is ultra high speed internet for those that need the connection, and internet TV including Netflicks, Prime, and Peacock.
