馬爾康很好的酒店了，確實很喜歡，我願意花時間為他們寫好評，很滿意，酒店外觀非標獨特大氣，酒店停車🅿很方便，標識牌醒目，保安積極主動找停車位，停車場兩層乾淨寬敞，停好車電梯直達，1樓大廳辦理入住，快捷方便，前台小羅快速辦理入住，服務態度很好，還幫我們升級了房間，還貼心準備糖果和檸檬水，大廳很有設計感，休息區居然還有沙發，很舒服，酒店房間安靜乾淨，貼心準備兩種枕頭，對脊柱不好的人很友好，吹風很好用，牙膏牙刷很好用，處處顯高級，再説早餐，很豐富，煎蛋都有兩種，菜品豐富，還有本地特色小吃酥油茶，住得好吃的好，很滿意，沒住夠，下次必須再來

I have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.  First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.  Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.  There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit. ** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.  ***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.  I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China  - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

This hotel is quite new and at a fantastic location in the ancient town of songpan. The rooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. They also respond very quickly though WeChat. The staff manager offered a room upgrade which we were very glad with. Great value for money and beautiful building in the style of ancient town

Jiuzhaigou ist relativ trocken und im Raum werden Gesichtsmasken bereitgestellt. Der gesamte Dekorationsstil ähnelt dem der gesamten Saison. Die Schalldämmung ist nicht sehr gut. Entweder ist eine Lampe im Raum kaputt oder diese Lampe ist kaputt. Man hat den Eindruck, dass die Bedienung und Wartung etwas dürftig ist. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des malerischen Gebiets Jiuzhaigou, 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt auch viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Sie können Cherry Kitchen probieren, das sehr bequem zu essen ist. Die Lage ist großartig. Was verbesserungswürdig ist, ist die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Es wird nicht gut gereinigt, die Toilette riecht nach Urin, die Tassen sind nicht abgewaschen und es gibt sogar Teeflecken vom Vorgast.

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom malerischen Ort entfernt und hat uns rechtzeitig mit dem Auto abgeholt. Der erste Eindruck ist, dass die Umgebung sehr komfortabel ist In der Gegend ist nicht viel los, aber es gibt Imbissbuden und Taxis. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Xiaoai-Smartphone-System. Als ich nachts ins Hotel zurückkehrte, bestellte ich direkt Essen, das aufs Zimmer geliefert wurde. Ich habe die heißen Quellen nicht erlebt, weil ich zu müde war und direkt schlafen gegangen bin. Ich kann diesen Service wärmstens empfehlen und er ist sehr kostengünstig

Best hotel of our trip as the hotel even has the build-in oxygen generator. Breakfast is so plentiful of foods with high quality. Receptionist Wang Jing was so attentive. She added a WeChat and gave us everything we should know personally. We hope to stay longer but Songpan has nothing much to do except the ancient town and the way to Huanglong. 服务很好，睡的很舒适，服务管家汪静有问必答有礼貌

Check-in was smooth and easy. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Our butler, Mr. Xiao Han, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He gave us helpful recommendations on places to visit in Jiuzhaigou National Park, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a wonderful time staying here and would highly recommend this hotel.

酒店設施完善，乾淨衞生，應該是當地最好的酒店，暖氣也足，服務也及時，入住體驗不錯，在市區，非常方便，晚上也安靜，有地下通用停車場，登記車牌可以免費停車，衹是車位不多而且車位偏窄，來晚了可能不好停車。

Wir waren als Familie 3 Nächte im Jiuzhaigou Days Hotel by Windham und sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Nationalpark aber das Hotel bietet für die Hinfahrt einen Shuttle an und auf dem Rückweg nimmt man problemlos Taxi oder Didi. Es sind ca. 4 km vom Hotel. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Frühstück gut. Mr. Bing Bing, der Hotel Manager, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
