Tech- The home has fast Wifi, 4 smart TVs that allow you to login to any of your streaming accounts (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc.), and a smart-lock to ensure seamless check-in and a protected stay. Laundry- A washer and dryer are located in the basement for you to use during your stay. Detergent is available for use. You are welcome to bring a boat or jet skis to the property and park them at the dock. You can easily put your boat in the water using a ramp at McDowell Nature Preserve which is 1 mi away. There are multiple options for renting a boat at Lake Wylie. One company we recommend that is conveniently located across the lake is Boat Rentals of Lake Wylie (search "boatrentalsoflkw"). It is ~10 min by car and ~5-10 min by water. You can book anywhere from a half-day to a multi-day rental with the option to have the boat delivered to the house for you. *This is just one of many options.
