This home brings the space, the style, and the vibe for a stay you won’t forget.
You'll enter the home into the open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The island has cooktop and 4 bar chairs. The chef's kitchen is equipped with coffee, basic spices, cookware, dishes, silverware and cups. It's where you'll also find the ping pong paddles, and hot tub key.
The living room has comfortable sofas and a coffee table, a smart TV with apps downloaded so you can login and stream your favorite services. Large picture windows let in plenty of natural light.
Off the kitchen is a split staircase. Downstairs, you'll find a second living room with rocking chairs, bar seating and No-Li beer neon light, dart board, bathroom with laundry inside, and bedroom with queen bed.
Upstairs, you'll find the twin bedroom with two single beds, a king bedroom, a shared bathroom, and the primary king room with en-suite bathroom.
The dining room leads out onto the patio, to the hot tub and the spacious back yard. The paved patio has outdoor seating, ping pong table, Blackstone propane grill, hot tub which is locked to prevent unsupervised/unauthorized use, and room for your pet to roam. Just down the street, you can access the river for wading around or fishing in high season. You may use our wood fire pit when there's no burn ban. Wood is not provided, but can be purchased at Ace Hardware nearby.
The home has central air conditioning and central heat.

Pets are allowed but are not allowed on any furniture. We do charge a $20 non-refundable pet fee per night for first pet. Additional pets are $10 per night. Pet fees are nonrefundable and will be requested through the resolution center after the reservation is confirmed and prior to your stay. Pet fees must be paid prior to check in or your door code will not function at the time of check in.
We do have a recording device on the outside of the home for safety and security. Camera(s) do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is a Ring camera at the front door and faces the street. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas.
We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay.
Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.
This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.
