All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second level at the top of a short flight of stairs.The garage is set up as a rec room with a ping pong and foosball table, a comfy couch, and a life-sized poster of Han Solo’s Millennium Falcon. Here you’ll find beach chairs, beach shelter tent, beach toys, a collection of kites, and the laundry. The large deck has comfortable seating around a gas fire pit and a gas barbecue.The basement ADU is used by the owners when on-site for maintenance/repairs, and is never occupied when guests are present. There are two security cameras on the property, focused on the front yard and side yard parking areas only.
