在一個新開發的地段。所有設施都很新很智能（包括電燈按鈕/智能馬桶等）。四個枕頭似乎是不同的高度，很貼心很舒服。然後酒店附贈的礦泉水特別好喝。 吃飯方面酒店內部就有好幾家不錯的飯店。然後步行距離內還有很不錯的咖啡店和一個購物廣場。 稍微不喜歡的地方在於浴室放沐浴露的地方很矮？上一個住客完全可以踩在那裡洗澡 然後洗面奶再放這些地方感覺不是很衞生的樣子～其他都很好的。 如果不介意離迪士尼園區稍微遠點的話非常推薦這裏～

Das war so ziemlich ein toller Einkaufsbummel für Mutter und Tochter, der bis zum letzten Abend fantastisch war. Unsere Wohnung war sauber, wir wurden nicht von Verkäufern bedrängt, es war schön zu wissen, dass man eine Schlüsselkarte braucht, um durch die Tore zu kommen usw., also ein ziemlich falsches Sicherheitsgefühl, schätze ich. Irgendwann zwischen 20:30 Uhr an unserem letzten Abend dort und 9:00 Uhr am nächsten Morgen beschloss jemand, mein Fahrzeug zu „zerkratzen“. Wenn ich „zerkratzen“ sage, kann ich das genauer beschreiben, indem ich sage, dass es drei bestimmte Linien vom Scheinwerfer zum hinteren Kotflügel der Fahrerseite meines SUVs gibt. Es gibt drei sehr bestimmte „Senken“ und Linien, an denen man nicht schnell vorbeigehen kann. Das war spezifisch. Es ist sehr bedauerlich, dass es keine Kameras gibt, die die Vorderseite des Gebäudes überwachen, obwohl ich vor dem Gebäude geparkt habe. Ich warte jetzt darauf, vom Sicherheitsbüro zu hören, was sie, wenn überhaupt, vorhaben. Sehr enttäuscht, dass so etwas in einem Hilton-Anwesen passiert.

Das Hotel hat gerade eine Neudekoration vorgenommen, die Anlage ist noch in der Heilungsphase, das Zimmer ist schön, aber es riecht noch etwas dekoriert. Die Hallenangestellten sind sehr enthusiastisch und es gibt einen kostenlosen Bus nach Disney-Park. Die Einstiegsschrank muss eine Zimmerkarte sicher sein.

We stayed here for seven nights. The hotel offers hourly shuttles to Disney World theme parks, with a travel time of about 30 minutes. Breakfast features an omelette station and a selection of pastries. The room is newly renovated and generally clean; however, we did encounter a large cockroach on the first or second night, which we attributed to the weather.

Very impressive hotel , easy stroll to Universal Studios with the option to get the boat if preferred. We had a slight issue with noisey neighbours however the staff were incredible with resolving this issue. Very friendly , calm atmosphere. Perfect for anyone trying to relax or go to Universal.

Wir haben dort 2 Nächte verbracht. Die Lage ist groß, nur 15 Minuten Fahrt zu den Parks. Das Gebiet ist groß, schön. Es gibt viele Einrichtungen (wie BBQ-Zimmer, Pools, Heißrohr). Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen (Wasch- und Trocknungsmaschinen, Küche, Bad usw.). Die Wohnung braucht eine Renovierung - die Möbel sind ein bisschen ausgezogen. Unser Aufenthalt dort hätte angenehmen sein können, wenn nicht der Service: Beim Einchecken wurden wir 150$ als Geschenk für neue Kunden angeboten, wenn wir eine Tour rund um das Hotel besuchen. Am nächsten Tag kamen wir an der Sitzungsstelle, füllten einige Papiere, sie nahmen 1$ von unserer Bankkarte (um zu überprüfen, ob es funktioniert) und dann wurden wir eine weitere Bankkarte mit 150$ Einzahlung gegeben. Dann kam ein Manager und sagte uns, dass wir nicht alle Englisch flüssig sprechen, sie weigern sich, die Tour zu geben und 150$ von unserer Karte zu zahlen. Wir baten den Chefmanager, sie kam nur 30 Minuten später, nahm die Geschenkkarte und gab uns den Rezept nur, als wir sagten, wir würden die Polizei rufen. Abschließend haben wir mehr als eine Stunde verschwunden, keine Entschuldigungen für solche unprofessionellen Verhaltens. Das Hotel selbst ist gut, aber das Verhalten des Personals liegt weit unter dem Niveau von Sheraton. Nicht empfohlen

Room was a good size, large tv, bathroom was nice and had a tub which is always a plus when traveling with kids. We had great water pressure and hot water for our entire stay. Housekeeping was kind of hit or miss, they wouldn’t always replenish the cups, coffee, tea and stuff like that. When we checked in our body wash was empty and that was promptly replaced then the conditioner ran out before we checked out but that never got replaced. Rooms were fairly quiet, there are 3 elevators in the tower so we never had to wait long for an elevator.

Driving up to the hotel it looked promising, lift up to our floor felt bit old but worked well with the style, rooms were ok but looked like it could do with some freshening up. First thing we noticed was a stain on one of the pillowcases, this made us wonder whether the beds were properly changed or cleaned, we did see a single strand of hair in the bathtub but gave it the benefit of the doubt that could be the cleaner if they did clean it. Sadly on the website it states luxury toiletries- well these were disappointing and did not feel it. We were provided with one set for two people. That is one shampoo, one conditioner, one body lotion, no shower gel, (you get a shower in the room) one face soap, one hand soap. The hot water kettle dispenser was not cleaned as when we went to do an initial clean there was a lot of black stuff coming out, we had no coffee in the room either. We had to go ask reception to give us a new one and that’s when we found out we should have had coffee provided with the kettles. So far very disappointing, We found out during our stay that the hotel doesn’t clean your room on a daily basis and we weren’t aware of this so our bins were over filling, we had to ask for toilet roll, and new towels. When we received the towels in the bedroom whilst we were out they were left on top of the toilet. Not exactly the best or cleanest place to put if especially if we haven’t had the room cleaned for a good few days. If you want your room cleaned I expect you will need to let reception know. I’ve stayed at Marriotts before and I’ve never experienced it where they don’t clean your room and I don’t mind if they don’t do it on a daily basis but they should inform you at reception when you check in. We stayed during Hurricane Milton and we were very disappointed as international tourists not to have received any information from the hotel that it was coming and what to do/ how to stay safe/ whether there was going to be reduced restaurant opening times/ services. This was our first hurricane. We instead received much more information and advice from our Uber drivers such as to stock up on food and water. Our other information was from alerts we received on our phones and also by watching the news otherwise we would have been none the wiser. We are aware that other hotels received a note under their door as a minimum. We were looking to hire a car but this hotel charges 27 dollars to park a day. So we decided to use Uber and actually turned out cheaper for us so bear this in mind. The pros: It’s very central and icon park is about 5 mins away, lots of bars and restaurants along the the drive in either direction. Close to the parks if that’s what you’re here for. Reception staff are very nice and really get straight on to the case when you need something. Two people who stood out for us was firstly Joe, who was standing outside one day as myself and my friend were deciding to visit a mall was so helpful. He even gave us some leaflets to hand it at our destination to get discounts and a free bag. He was really friendly and chatty and a great sense of humour. The second person was Ryan, from housekeeping was also very helpful when my friend was after some items for our room. Very cheerful. I’d only recommend this hotel if you just want somewhere to sleep for a few days. I wouldn’t come back here again not for a holiday as I feel the basic expectations of a hotel service was lacking. Can’t fault any of the staff we dealt with.

Although an older property this was very clean. My biggest complaint was the shared door between two suites (strangers in the other room) was that you could hear EVERYTHING through that door!  Also, the sink in the bathroom was not draining so that is a gross point.  Service was outstanding and in a pinch we would stay there. Bring an extension cord if you need to plug anything in. Not enough plugs by the beds.

Very good hotel and room also very clean and locationwise also it is very good.
