We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Peter and Paul in New Orleans and overall, it was a delightful experience. The interior of the hotel exudes a captivating charm, blending historic architecture with modern comfort seamlessly. The attention to detail in the design adds a unique touch to the ambiance. The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay. In conclusion, Hôtel Peter and Paul offers a charming and unique retreat in the heart of New Orleans. The impressive interior and outstanding service make it a memorable choice for those seeking a distinctive and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.

Die Unterkunft war zwar modern eingerichtet und bot ansonsten viel Komfort, wurde jedoch durch das ständige mechanische Dröhnen des defekten Deckenventilators getrübt. Die Enthüllung an der Rezeption, dass ein vorheriger Gast eine ähnliche Beschwerde vorgebracht hatte, warf Fragen zu den Betriebsabläufen und der Gästeunterbringung des Hotels auf. Angesichts dieses Präzedenzfalls blieb die Begründung für die Zuweisung dieses Zimmers rätselhaft. Erschöpft von meiner vierzehnstündigen transkontinentalen Reise willigte ich in die improvisierte Lösung ein, den Mechanismus mit Papier zu dämpfen – eine Notlösung, die vorübergehende Linderung verschaffte. Dennoch unterstreicht diese oberflächliche Reparatur lediglich die Notwendigkeit eines ordnungsgemäßen mechanischen Eingriffs, bevor nachfolgende Gäste ähnlichen Umständen ausgesetzt werden.

Wir kamen um 2:30 Uhr und es gab jemanden, der uns mit einem check in und wie man in unser Schlafzimmer zu kommen. Unser Schlafzimmer war unverschämt, ebenso wie das Badezimmer. Das Hotel hat den alten Stil gepflegt und ist ein sehr charmanter Ort, der wirklich schön gepflegt wird.  Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel. Es hat auch den alten Stil und ist sehr gemütlich und schön.  Das Badezimmer in unserem Zimmer ist 100% renoviert und ist jetzt wirklich schön Wir blieben drei Tage lang und während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir nie durch Knocks an der Tür oder so etwas beunruhigt. Es ist ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort zu bleiben. Wir waren sehr glücklich mit der Art und Weise, wie das Zimmer eingerichtet ist und wie es dekoriert ist, und es ist gut zu erwähnen, dass das Bett auch wirklich schön eingerichtet wurde und es ist ein sehr komfortabeles Bett  Wir hatten nicht die Chance, im Hotel zu essen oder die Bar zu benutzen, aber alles sah uns wirklich nett aus. Insgesamt waren wir sehr glücklich während unseres Aufenthalts, und wir würden diesen Ort voll empfehlen. 

Ich hatte eine Änderung der Reisepläne und hatte ein anderes Hotel, bevor ich mein Zimmer an den Four Points bekam. Ich war nie so glücklich, dass, obwohl ich über das französische Viertel getrocknet und nach dem Mittag dorthin gekommen war, mein Zimmer war bereit!!! Ich dachte, ich müsste meinen Tasche bis zum 4:00 Uhr Check-in-Zeit prüfen, aber die First Desk Profis verstand meine Trauer und ich liebte mein Zimmer, vor allem die Lage! Das Bett war erstaunlich, TV sowie Wasser in der kleinen Kühlschrank und so wunderschöne Reinigung, dass viele andere Hotels in New Orleans NICHT haben. Ihre Bettwäsche und Handtücher stinken!

Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig und kann etwa 10 Minuten von der Attraktion entfernt sein. Der Hallservice ist freundlich, das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, es sollte alles geben, das Fitnesszimmer ist im oberen Stock und die Einrichtungen sind vollständig. Im Gegenteil des Hotels gibt es ein Café, Kaffee und Brot sind lecker.

Großer Service, ausgezeichnete Lage. Nahe dem französischen Viertel und nicht weit vom Gartenbezirk entfernt. Innen Fußgängerstrecken oder öffentlichen Verkehr, zu vielen Attraktionen. Zimmer war geräumig und ruhig.

Perfect location, walking distance to pretty much everything to do in downtown New Orleans. Room was very clean, bathroom was small but understandable. Staff was very friendly and nice even during an influx of check ins. They were still pleasant and nice. Staff and food at the restaurant were very nice and accommodating as well. Valet service was extra but worth it. No issues and staff were very nice. Beverage fridge in the room was stocked full with variety for purchase. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and the room was cleaned without having to ask for anything. Overall a great stay. This was my first time staying at this hotel despite being to NOLA way too many times to count. Will definitely add to my rotation of hotels for future stays.

The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

Excellent hotel: clean with friendly staff. Beds very comfortable and staff willing to go out of the way for you eg book taxis and store luggage; open doors etc. wheelchair access is good. Stayed two nights in September 2025. Aircon was a relief from the hot New Orleans weather. Hotel was very quiet at night.
