Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Nachbarschaft. Es ist nur ein bisschen vom Zentrum von Boston entfernt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Raum ist wirklich riesig. Wir haben $25 Hotelkredit, um zum Frühstück/Dinner/ oder zum Kauf einiger Snacks vom Hotel zu verwenden. Wir haben beschlossen, es w/ Frühstück zu verbringen. Wir können entweder eine la carte oder ein Buffet wählen. Das Frühstück ist ziemlich schmackhaft. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer schönen Nachbarschaft.

Zweite Zeit hier bleiben, ganz wie die Vibe des Hotels. Bei der Flussseite des Boston-Flusses, ziemlich ruhig am Tag, aber auch ein beliebter Sammelplatz am Abend und am Wochenende. So erhalten Sie sowohl die Ruhe als auch die Menge. Das Zimmer ist angemessen groß, nichts zu beschweren. Und die Dienstleistungen sind auch vernünftig. Sicherlich wäre meine Wahl, wenn ich wieder nach Boston komme. Oh, vergessen Sie zu erwähnen, bekommen Sie ein Flussblick, es ist sicherlich den Preisunterschied wert.

Good location, within 5-10min walk to red line Central station. A good number of cafes, restaurants and 2 supermarkets nearby. Facility fee includes some dining vouchers that we used for buffet breakfast, Bread variety is good, 3 hot food and fruit. Appreciate that the front desk team very friendly and helpful.

Although the location is a bit out of the way when visiting Boston, I would still consider staying there again. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, with a light-weighted and thin comforter that kept me warm throughout the night, making for a very quiet and restful sleep. The property was very clean, and the shower water ran hot immediately without any waiting. The afternoon and night shift employee on Sunday was extremely helpful. She patiently answered my questions and assisted me with printing my boarding pass—truly 5-star service. In contrast, the Monday morning and afternoon front desk employee had a noticeably different attitude. When I stopped at the front desk, she did not make eye contact and made me feel unwelcome. Later that day, I got lost near Alewife Station while trying to walk back to the hotel, so I called the front desk for assistance. She repeatedly told me to take the bridge, which appeared to be a highway bridge intended for cars rather than pedestrians. She insisted on this direction and then hung up. In reality, I should have turned left toward the park well before reaching the bridge. I would rate the Sunday night staff member 5+ stars and the Monday morning employee 2 stars. Overall, averaging the experience, I would give the service a 4-star rating.

It is a bit far from Boston downtown. Other than that, it is clean, convenient and we especially liked the gym and a little pool.

Although the room seemed a bit outdated, it was VERY clean. The additional amenities such as coffee and tv access were a plus. My favorite was the sleep well lavender oil, which also came in handy after the trip was over and I was back home. My only big complaint is the parking. You have to use the parking garage which is on the same property and somewhat close, but when it’s less than 20 degrees outside and you have children and luggage to carry it becomes troublesome. Id suggest some kind of heating hallway or tunnel to connect the two.
