The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, and additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, Covered parking spots 19 & 23 located behind the building are available for use by our guests to use. Please be respectful of our neighbors, by keeping noise to a reasonable level. No smoking inside the apartment. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine. Other general rules: 1. Please be Respectful to our neighbors 2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times. 3. Quiet hours outside begin at 9:30 pm. 4. Outside amplified music is prohibited. 5. Cars should be parked in the in spot 19 or 23. 6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property. 7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home.
