Birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and deer are seen daily from this units covered balcony. The condo boasts a full kitchen, dining area, a beautiful wood burning fireplace and a spacious living area and 1.5 bathrooms with sleeping for 6 people. The Powderidge Ski lift is approximately 100 yards from this condo. The shuttle is only steps away and a short ride to the village, western territory, or Silvercreek. A private washer and dryer are located within the unit. There is a walking and bike trail that can be used to traverse the top of the entire mountain. Winter fun on the slopes will excite you with Snowshoe boasting over 13 feet of natural snowfall on average per year. Summer thrills in the bike park will let you see a whole other side of Snowshoe The lake will keep you cool and occupied with a water obstacle course, SUP, and kayaking. Enjoy a nice round of golf at Raven Golf Club tucked at the base of the western side of the mountain.
