You can enjoy the open layout on the main floor with the gas fireplace or the large patio and flat backyard.Please note that this home has a one car attached garage and the one-car-wide driveway is on only large enough to fit one large car or too small cars. There is off street parking however, the home is located half a block from the park and we’ve noticed there can be more street parking than usual on a residential street. This home is located in a nice quiet, residential neighborhood with watchful neighbors. The other two bedrooms are also located in the lower level and share a full bath. Each room has a queen bed and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has views of the woods while the third bedroom has an egress window. Be aware when renting this property: There is absolutely no smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes anywhere on the property - this rental is not a good choice for smokers. Private boats are docked on the property and may be accessed by boat owners during your stay. As with many southern MN lakes, water quality varies throughout the year and algae blooms occur.
