Beautiful, comfortable home right on Norris Lake with private dock and hot tub only 45 minutes from Downtown Knoxville! Large wrap around porch, back yard, and large, private dock allows for plenty of space for the whole family or group to enjoy sunshine and the beautiful lake. At the end of the day, enjoy a beautiful home with space for all.Please note that Norris Lake water levels change during the off season (early September through March/April). TVA begins dropping the water levels in early September and will begin refilling them in early spring. While we do everything we can to keep our dock floating as long as possible, during the winter months it will likely be landlocked. Our home is still water front during the winter but please know that water will be much more shallow. We allow friendly dogs at our home! Please be courteous to our neighbors as they do have dogs that roam freely. They are very friendly and may come to visit so if you or your dog is not ok with dogs, please be aware. Please note that our pontoon rental may be on the inside of the dock in one of the slips. The Space:-We have multiple pontoon rentals available upon request. You must have a valid boaters license or be born before 1989 to operate. Please note we deliver the boat to the property & the boat can be taken out anytime during your stay, just note per our insurance, the boats are not to be taken out after dark. All Bookings must be made a week in advance to guarantee delivery. All boats must be returned with a full tank of gas to avoid additional charges. Please note we do not rent tubes but local marinas do & the boat is to be returned to the house after the rental period is over. Jimmy's place & Bubba Brews is about 15 minutes away by land & roughly 20-30 minutes away by water.-The home is equipped with a spacious kitchen equipped with a standard coffee maker, dishwasher, large fridge, stove, microwave, & a large kitchen table! The home also includes a hot tub, weber gas grill with propane on site that we provide, high speed Fiber WIFI, & smart tv's throughout the entire house w/ Youtube TV for up to 3 TV’s simultaneously. There is also a detached building behind the house that has a separate living space that is included in the rental! -There is a private dock for use w/ a swim ladder! Your trailer can be left at the property (just please note the road is tight in areas) & you can put in at Straight creek boat dock!
