Relax and unwind in this recently updated 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo just steps from the beach and pools. Enjoy the views of the pond and the Atlantic ocean in the distance from the open living area, master bedroom, and balcony. The Misty Mermaid is a 1 level, end unit, on the top floor with elevator access. The condo itself does not have neighbors above it and there are no stairs in the unit. It’s walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and a short drive away from downtown St. Augustine.The spaceThe KitchenThe condo features an updated kitchen with quartz countertops, shaker-style cabinets, and a breakfast bar with two stools. It’s fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, serveware, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig machine. We also provide a starter supply of Keurig pods, cream, and sugar to help you ease into your stay.The Living AreaThe living area offers a queen-size sofa bed, a loveseat, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV with cable for your entertainment. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk from the condo through the complex and across a private boardwalk leading through beautiful beach dunes. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and beach wagon provided. If you need easier access to the beach, just take your car! The vehicle beach access is just a half mile up the road.We are dog-friendly, however, we have a maximum 45lb weight limit and some breeds may not be allowed by the HOA.
