Located in the Lumber Arts District of Brevard, it is perfectly situated for easy walking access to all Brevard has to offer. The Cottage was fully remodeled in 2009 and is both comfortable and functional. Enjoy coffee on the porch while listening to the local birds and spotting White Squirrels! And there is a private hot tub! (Please note If you wish to use the hot tub there is a $25 maintenance fee per reservation. Just contact Gareth if you wish to use the tub)The cottage is at the back of the property. The front bungalow is our other vacation rental. These charming historic homes were lovingly restored and updated in 2009 by Parker Platt, a leading local architect. The cottage features a vaulted ceiling open floor plan great room, and maple floors. The bathroom features a glass door tile shower with 2 heads. There is a washing machine/dryer for your use. Here you will find all the comforts of home including a smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen. Our 1910 Craftsman Cottage has one main bedroom with a deluxe king bed made from organic cashmere and a very comfy couch in the living room plus a fold out floor mattress that can be used in the vaulted ceiling great room.
