Overall, the hotel left a good impression: recently renovated, clean, and very conveniently located between the central railway station and the Old Town, close to one of the main entrances to the historic center. The mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels were of good quality, and the sleep comfort was excellent. However, there are some significant downsides. First, there is an additional cleaning fee of €53 for two nights (€26.5 per day), which represents around 40% of the accommodation cost. The cleaning was limited to making the bed; the minibar was not refilled and the towels were not changed. This fee was not clearly included in the total price at the time of booking. Second, there is no natural daylight in the room. My room, like most rooms in the hotel, does not have windows facing outside — all windows (a glass door, a large window and a small window) face the internal hall and reception area. As a result, no daylight enters the room and the curtains have to remain closed for privacy. Third, complimentary water is not provided. Although the three bottles of water in the minibar were not charged at check-out, which I appreciated, the absence of free bottled water as a standard amenity was surprising. Check-in is only possible between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, which is much more limited than standard international practice. The room was also quite cold, and the heating system was not intuitive to operate. Additionally, since the hotel is located in a residential building, noise from upstairs (footsteps, conversations) was clearly audible, even late at night. The hotel is good in terms of quality and location, but the additional charges and organizational aspects significantly affect the overall experience.

Lovely historical space with all necessities in place. Owner also assisted with parking within the ZTL zone and provided a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for our honeymoon.

Excellent location Self service self checking establishment. There are no staff on duty except early morning. Alessandra was a gem. Gave various suggestions on where to it , shop etc . The room stayed in was the Olander 5 Was large enough with clean bathroom and a kitchenette area Excellent coffee was provided as well as three kids of teas. It has steep steps to first floor for those who might have issues .

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs. Man kann bequem mit dem Zug zum Hotel und zum nächsten Ziel fahren. In der Nähe gibt es keinen Supermarkt, daher ist es schwierig, Zahnpasta und Zahnbürste zu kaufen, da diese vom Hotel nicht bereitgestellt werden. Nur ein Dönerladen befindet sich in der Nähe des Hotels, und wenn man keinen Döner mag, muss man ein ganzes Stück laufen, um etwas zu essen zu finden.

Sie müssen die Vögel wirklich vom Pool fernhalten. Sie haben auch keinen Dampfglätter oder Bügeleisen, also müssen Sie Ihre zerknitterten Klamotten vielleicht tragen oder bezahlen und sie bringen sie Ihnen am nächsten Tag gebügelt zurück. Die Toiletten hatten einen niedrigen Wasserdruck, also brauchte man manchmal 3-5 Spülungen, um das ganze Toilettenpapier und den ganzen Kot loszuwerden. Die Lage ist etwa 1 km vom Stadtzentrum und etwas weiter vom Bahnhof Leece entfernt. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und bot die üblichen Sachen wie Schinken, Käse, Pfannkuchenmaschine und Eis und Gelato für 15 Euro. Das ist wahrscheinlich ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, da eine Pasta in der Nähe und im Stadtzentrum einschließlich Steuern etwa 10-13 Euro kostet. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich wieder hier übernachten würde.

This was an excellent little find. Perfect location near lots of cute boutique shops and quaint streets. The restaurant choice around us was vast and our hotel service staff were as helpful as could be. The room was small but fine for what we needed. Breakfast was simple and lovely. One thing to prep for, the air conditioning unit was old and didn't work very well. Bring an extra fan. I'd recommend it for a few days stay.
