Die Lage ist großartig - 3 Gehminuten vom Como Lago Bahnhof und Spaziergang zum Seefront. Viele nahe gelegene Restaurants. Stefano ist einfach zu kommunizieren, war immer verfügbar und erhielt einen großen Service. Das Badezimmer war riesig!

One of the best experiences we had with our twice annual travel destinations.  The RentComo location was in the heart of the city, nestled in one of the quaint shopping streets, and walking distance to all the typical tourist stops.  Very nice going back to the apartment each evening, opening the windows and listening to the tourists and locals finishing their shopping or going for dinner.  Very nice apartment with all the comforts; so much more relaxing than the standard hotel room stay.

My stay at The Vitrum was superb. The location is excellent, the room was large and wonderfully charming. The bathroom steam is amazing / we used it daily after long walks exploring and shopping in Como. I will definitely stay there next year when I visit the most beautiful Lake Como

Die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und boten sogar Begrüßungsgetränke an. Diesmal hatten wir zwei Zimmer gebucht, eines mit einem Kingsize-Bett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Als wir im Hotel ankamen, war es noch früh, und die Rezeption half uns direkt beim Einchecken und arrangierte Zimmer nebeneinander für uns. Das Zimmer ist sauber und hygienisch. Auch die Ausstattung ist sehr neu. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Es ist eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung

Comfortable bed, clean room, good breakfast, excellent location. It’s just right next to the duomo and 5 minutes walk to the lakefront. There are 3 of us. So I booked a duplex room which has two floors. There’s a king bed on the upper floor and a sofa bed on the lower floor. But there’s only one toilet on the upper floor. So it’s quite inconvenient. It would be wonderful if there’s one more toilet and wash basin.

Great stay at this hotel. The rooms were well sized, clean and well equipped. We had direct garden access and a great view. What really set apart this hotel and made the stay very enjoyable was the staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and was always there to help when we needed them. 10/10 service! Make sure to try the breakfast with the amazing views too!

Отель просто очаровательный! Аутентичный маленький люкс с древней печью, комодом и платяным шкафом, мебель и вправду из прошлого века. Не смотря на это, все очень в хорошем состоянии. Ванные комнаты очень чистые, косметические принадлежности вкусно пахнут, белоснежные полотенца, постельное белье, все очень приличное. Первое впечатление немного обманчиво, погружаешься в атмосферу прошлого века, но потом постепенно влюбляешься в него, он абсолютно удачно расположен и имеет просто шикарный вид на озеро. Этот небольшой бутик отель заслуживает особого внимания благодаря заботливому персоналу. Хорошие завтраки, и приятные комплименты в лаунж-баре, как приятный бонус к нашему пребыванию.

Ausgezeichnete Struktur, elegante Lage und sehr zentrale Lage am Seeufer. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück sowohl hinsichtlich der Lage als auch der Vielfalt. Leider entsprach das Zimmer nicht den Erwartungen, das Doppelbett wurde durch die Verbindung von zwei Einzelbetten erhalten und das Badezimmer war für eher unbequeme Menschen mit Behinderungen ausgestattet.

Брал пентхауз ( 65 м кВ ) гостиная , терраса , спальня и ванная .  Так как апартаменты под крышей -косой потолок .  Плюсы : цена! В любом отеле вам предложат номер 12-17 м . , хорошая локация , в пешей доступности все ) и озеро . Наличие кухни и духовки . Кому надо -поймет . Дружелюбный  хозяин . Ванная шикарна ! Джакузи для двоих , красивая душевая для двоих ( две лейки) , биде . Терраса с видом на старину )))релакс полный  Минус - ну если ждете завтрака от хозяина его не будет , лесница крутая . Лифт идет до 2 этажа . На пентхаус надо по узкой винтовой леснице тащить чемодан , но мне помог хозяин

The location was excellent, the staffs were nice. The food was good, the view was scenic. The bed was comfortable. The room was nice. Nothing to complain about.
