This is an amazing location! Love the views and the cleanliness of the hotel, it’s very convenient too as it’s right above the restaurant, it’s has local mart and pharmacy just right beside! Nevertheless the view are just amazing, I wish to stay more nights here.

Ein wenig preiswert, aber verständlich angesichts der Spitzenzeit. Der Service war unverschämt. Verbrachte die meisten meiner Morgen in ihrer Dachbar, die wirklich groß mit großen Aussichten & Service ist. Das Zimmer selbst war groß genug & das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Strand & alle besten Restaurants. Das Restaurant ist sehr empfohlen. Wir genossen wirklich das Frühstücksbuffet, das viele Optionen bietet. Wir würden sehr empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt ist sehr gut vergangen. Das Hotel war sauber, der Service war unfehlbar. Es war perfekt. Les employés adorables et serviables. Der einzige Hik war, dass wir nicht unsere Autos auf dem Hotelparkplatz halten konnten und wir mussten einen billigen Parkplatz für 3 Tage zahlen 😢

Sehr zufrieden, es gibt sogar Fische mit Fischen, die Wassertherapie ist nicht erlebt, die Wohnung ist auch sehr gut, es gibt einen Balkon, der Kaffee sollte voll sein, sehr zufrieden

Es ist ein gutes Hotel für ein Wochenende in Tossa de Mar. Das Buffet ist sehr gut und vielfältig, es gibt Fisch, Fleisch und alles. Wir haben es geliebt. Ich mag nur nicht, dass die Getränke nicht in Halbpension kommen, kein Wasser. Das oberen Zimmer hat ein sehr großes Bett, aber das Badezimmer ist nicht ganz gut gebaut Dusche ist kleiner und wenn du duschst, wird der Boden sehr überschwemmt mit Wasser. Es ist ziemlich nahe den Hauptstranden, 10 Minuten. Das Erwachsenenpool am Dach ist sehr klein, sieht aus wie ein Jacuzzi und das Wasser war nicht sehr sauber. Der Hauptpool ist auch ein bisschen klein.

Tout était parfait la vue sur mer est superbe et l’emplacement de l’hôtel , propreté des chambres impeccable. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux . Le seul problème le jacuzzi et la piscine intérieur au Rooftop était froide . Tout le reste parfait

First the positives, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was really good. The outdoor spaces were beautiful. We didn't keep the air conditioning on because the system was old-fashioned, the machine made a really loud noise and the blowing was quite strong. However, the biggest minus was that the gym's age limit was 18. I would recommend setting it to, for example, 14 because young people are keen exercisers. Likewise, the spa was a disappointment because the children couldn't get there. It was also a surprise that the hardest sunbathing spot was forbidden to children. If you don't want families with children in your hotel, it would be good to let them know.

It was nice but our bathroom window didn’t close, we told them on our first day but they didn’t do anything while we stayed there, anyway it wasn’t really a problem

Personal súper amable, muy limpio todo, el buffet quizás un poco pequeño, la habitación súper bien y el baño igual con un gran balcón. En general todo bien

The hotel is ok, but the service is quite bad. There are no people at the reception, so I communicated with them via what's up. While they claim 24h support, they don't respond in the evenings. The what's app bot is terrible: every time you start convesation, you recieve a few messages from bot, which are completely useless, connecting directly to people would have been way more convinient. Also the support itself is not great at some aspects, like I informed them in the beginning of our stay that the light above the bed works badly, like it works for short time, then it stops and asked to change the bulb, which they didn;t do during the whole duration of our stay. In some cases they were helpful, I must admit, but nothing special. The breakfasts are also quite bad and below from what you expect from 4 stars hotel (even in 3 starts in Spain I got better breakfasts). Overall, this electronic receptions feels very liveless. The condition of the hotel is also quite poor. Like there is massive hole in the ceiling in the passage close to the restaraunt, bucket under this hole and it doesn;t seem like they are going to fix it. I would not recommend this hotel.
