"旧市街からは少し離れているが、近くに地元の人が多そうなカフェや海岸がある。清潔。階下にバルがあるが、部屋は静か。男性と女性、2人のスタッフが対応してくれた。彼らはとてもフレンドリーで優しく素晴らしかった。友人と観光のため3人で宿泊。ダブルベッドとソファベッド。部屋は清潔かつ、3人分のスーツケースをひろげられるほど広い。バスルームも清潔で、ドライヤーの風量が強くて良かった。設備も新しいと思う。室温は心地よく調整されていた。"

GGastnutzerGreat hotel in fantastic location. New and clean. It’s one block to the old town and all restaurants. The hotel is opposite a small park so very quiet. The best is there is a bus stop to the airport conveniently across the road for when you are ready to leave :-)

Una pena que el desayuno esté bajando en calidad. Hubo un fallo por parte del personal y nos dijeron que no había platos al momento.
Cuando habíamos terminado, observamos que sacaban huevos y tortillas para otras mesas.

BbaraoGuild**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”**
Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room.
At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed.
However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded.
I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day.
Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better.
The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room.
While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests.
In the end, we ended up paying the €25.

GGastnutzerLocated on a quiet street right in the heart of town, a few minutes walk to the old town and to the beach, this is a gem of a hotel, clean, modern and with an excellent restaurant attached. The staff are very helpful and attentive in multiple languages. One of the best recent hotel stays I've experienced. Thank you.

MM. SoA boutique hotel close to the Dona Katalina Zubia. There are two entrances to the hotel, the main one facing the road and the other entrance facing the Urumea River. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is quite clean and everything is within 15mins walk. The amenities are limited, but there is a 24 hour reception and bar downstairs, a nice roof top sunbathing area and a gym. Please double check the other amenities listing when booking, as I don't recall seeing the Public Bath, Foot Bath and Clothes Dryer as advertise. I would also suggest to check the batteries of the remotes before someone check ins, as I had to request it to be changed and it wasn't available until the next day, more compliment bottles of water and dental kits (given there was 3 of us and only 2 bottles and 1 kit). Overall though, I enjoyed the stay and would come back again.

It’s a pity that staff, although pleasant, are not adequately trained. They got into a massive fight with us about double beds. Although available, they refused to give us one.

GGastnutzerNeue Hotel sehr saubere schöne Zimmer und wunderschöne Pool.
Es ist 25 min zu Fuß zum Centro, aber es gibt einen Bus für zwei Euro und eine Steuer 9 Euro, am Abend ist es schwer zu bekommen ein Taxi und den Bus zu finden. Wir mussten zweimal zurück gehen.
Die Türverriegelungen machen eine sehr harte schöne, die Sie morgens wach macht

The location is a bit of a walk to the old town, half an hour maybe, but its along the lovely beach so we enjoyed it. Nice view on to the square.
Would have liked for there to have been some tea and coffee making facilities in the room
One thing we strongly disliked was the fact that the toilet and shower were only separated from the room by translucent plastic walls. Even though I was with a close friend the transparency and complete lack of sound proofing on the toilet was not something I enjoyed

SsanzsiDer Service ist sehr aufmerksam und angenehm. Sie sind sehr aufmerksam und sorgen dafür, dass Sie sich großartig fühlen. Andererseits ist die Lage sehr gut, nur fünf Minuten von La Concha entfernt und in der Nähe der Altstadt von San Sebastián.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Sehr moderne Dekoration und Verteilung und mit Einrichtungen für zehn Personen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is located about 15-20 min walk to the center of San Sebastian. Staff are kind and extremely helpful. Cleanliness was good. Restaurant was surprisingly very good in the lobby. stayed there for 5nights and 6 days was well worth it. The price was quite expensive for what i paid but it was during the film festival so was well worth it. would certainly stay here on my way back to San Sebastian
