Great hotel in fantastic location. New and clean. It’s one block to the old town and all restaurants. The hotel is opposite a small park so very quiet. The best is there is a bus stop to the airport conveniently across the road for when you are ready to leave :-)

**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”** Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room. At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed. However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded. I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day. Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better. The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room. While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests. In the end, we ended up paying the €25. **Beware of the 'Upgrade.'”**

Located on a quiet street right in the heart of town, a few minutes walk to the old town and to the beach, this is a gem of a hotel, clean, modern and with an excellent restaurant attached. The staff are very helpful and attentive in multiple languages. One of the best recent hotel stays I've experienced. Thank you.

Amazing stay for San Sebastián. Older Victorian style villa converted for boutique hotel use. Excellent concept and room! Cleaning staff was thorough and all staff was amazing and helpful. Didn’t spend much time on the property but no need as the city itself is amazing.

Hotel mit hervorragender Lage und wunderschönen Einrichtungen. Die Junior Suite mit Terrasse ist ein großes, sehr komfortabeles Zimmer mit herrlicher Terrasse.

Beautiful rooms with nice bathroom, great shower. Soundproofing could be better. Having a bath a hear the tv from the next room, should not be possible in a hotel like this, also the slamming doors, was not great. Staff in the hotel are super, from housekeeping till reception. The restaurant is fantastic, fantastic wines. And probably one of the best burgers I ever had. If you stay at this hotel, you have to visit this restaurant. I simply loved it. Free parking near the hotel, even with vans or minibuses. Despite the fact that soundproofing could be better, next time in San Sebastián, this will be my first choice.

Well locate outside of city centre for night travel to cross the North of Spain. The place is clean and very well designed. It’s a pity that staff, although pleasant, are not adequately trained. They got into a massive fight with us about double beds. Although available, they refused to give us one.

Neue Hotel sehr saubere schöne Zimmer und wunderschöne Pool.  Es ist 25 min zu Fuß zum Centro, aber es gibt einen Bus für zwei Euro und eine Steuer 9 Euro, am Abend ist es schwer zu bekommen ein Taxi und den Bus zu finden. Wir mussten zweimal zurück gehen.  Die Türverriegelungen machen eine sehr harte schöne, die Sie morgens wach macht

Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und angenehm. Sie sind sehr aufmerksam und sorgen dafür, dass Sie sich großartig fühlen. Andererseits ist die Lage sehr gut, nur fünf Minuten von La Concha entfernt und in der Nähe der Altstadt von San Sebastián. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Sehr moderne Dekoration und Verteilung und mit Einrichtungen für zehn Personen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar.

The hotel is located about 15-20 min walk to the center of San Sebastian. Staff are kind and extremely helpful. Cleanliness was good. Restaurant was surprisingly very good in the lobby. stayed there for 5nights and 6 days was well worth it. The price was quite expensive for what i paid but it was during the film festival so was well worth it. would certainly stay here on my way back to San Sebastian Wonderful knowledgeable staff who are genuinely helpful
