Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. Man bekommt, was man sieht! Das Frühstück war köstlich und der Pilates-Kurs am Morgen super. Das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet und die Getränke auch sehr gut. Parken war unkompliziert und gegenüber gab es ein Massagestudio. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Großes Hotel, gute Lage, kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nahe dem Bootsvermietung und weißem Sandstrand.

Das Hotel liegt im schönen Stadtteil Santa Pons - Berge, Grün, Meer. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und es gibt einen Balkon. Ein ruhiger Bereich (Sie können nachts schlafen). Auf dem Gebiet des Hotels zwei Schwimmbads - Erwachsene und Kinder, gibt es Animation. Fußgänger für 15-17 Minuten können Sie den Strand erreichen. Es gibt Geschäfte in der Nähe, Cafés. Von den Nebenwirkungen : Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine 🥲 Zahlungen im Hotel / Café nur mit Karte. Das Bettwäsche war mit dem Geruch der Feuchtigkeit. Wenn Sie das Zimmer verlassen, hält der Kühlschrank nicht mehr an (so bitten Sie um eine zweite Magnetkarte, sonst wird das Essen im Kühlschrank zerstört).

Location: The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Hotel Staff: The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Room Experience: My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated. Restaurant & Food: The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing. On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them! Facilities: The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views. Solo Travel Notes: I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Most of the guests seemed a bit unfriendly, and as an ethnic minority, I experienced a few uncomfortable stares. This isn't the hotel's fault necessarily,.

All over it was a good trip. We enjoy a lot but just the last day we faced a water problem in the hotel. There was no water inside ,and the first day at 3am someone was drunk knock to our door, was disturbing us, my husband call the receptionist and they send 2 security guards and they took 5min to handle the situation. Thanks to them.Otherwise, we are satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel. You can relax, admire the beautiful view from the hotel.

I had requested a few things and I got absolutely everything I wanted and even more than what I expected, I was on floor 5 and some may say it’s loud but I genuinely don’t think it was the doors block out all the music that goes on the rooftop pool. So I absolutely loved this floor for my room. I was a solo girl traveller and I felt super safe, all the staff are so polite even the life guard who helped me take a few pictures. The housekeeping was very polite always stocked up the fridge with water and juice also keeping the room so clean I’ve never seen such clean hotel. I honestly could not fault anything about the hotel it was just such an amazing experience and I will definitely be only going there for my future trips.

My breakfast was included during my stays and as I told them to pack my breakfast because I leave early morning before their breakfast time starts. They promised me they will give us Sandwiches and other related items whereas they give us some unhealthy and bad condition cookies and wafers. I didn't even check because I trust them. But when I saw this, I was shocked and called the hotel number and they replied they didn't know anything about this. How funny!! I was really disappointed.

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.
