I arrived at hotel on8/9/25 for a 7 night stay it looked good on advert but don't recall ever seeing it . I used to go to Santa Ponsa very very regular but been some years since there . Its location for a start is just superb . You're walkable to everything . Beach is a bout 200 yards away . Anyway nice walkway up to door and lovely reception area showing also lovely large dining area to right and again lovely large bar lounge area to left . Young lady at reception warm and welcoming and patient with me ( I have a little voice disability) . My room was on first floor so apart from taking my suitcase up I never bothered using the two lifts during stay . My room had two single bed together both good dimensions excellent toilet and shower room to all this and hotel itself lovely and clean . My room did not have sea view but the majority do . Believe me I had a good wee time on that wee holiday and the hotel made it . Thank you . Cheers. DONALD .

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, mit einem schönen Strand in der Nähe. Supermärkte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Transportmöglichkeiten sind alle sehr bequem. Es gibt einen direkten Bus in die Innenstadt von Palma. Die Landschaft des Hotels ist unvergleichlich! Dank der unabhängigen Sonnenschirmposition auf der Klippe können Sie die wunderschöne Landschaft genießen Der hygienische Zustand des Hotels ist durchschnittlich, die Toilettenartikel sind sehr schwer zu benutzen, die Handtücher sind schmutzig und alt, die Steppdecke ist nicht sauber und man sieht getrocknete Insekten. Am Strand kann es sein, dass die Bettdecke feucht ist und es keine Hausschuhe oder Toilettenartikel gibt. Bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Einweg-Toilettenartikel mit. Andernfalls wird eine Gebühr erhoben Das Frühstück ist großartig, vielfältig und sehr lecker Das Servicepersonal hat eine sehr gute Einstellung.

Man bekommt, was man sieht! Das Frühstück war köstlich und der Pilates-Kurs am Morgen super. Das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet und die Getränke auch sehr gut. Parken war unkompliziert und gegenüber gab es ein Massagestudio. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Großes Hotel, gute Lage, kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nahe dem Bootsvermietung und weißem Sandstrand.

Das Hotel liegt im schönen Stadtteil Santa Pons - Berge, Grün, Meer. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und es gibt einen Balkon. Ein ruhiger Bereich (Sie können nachts schlafen). Auf dem Gebiet des Hotels zwei Schwimmbads - Erwachsene und Kinder, gibt es Animation. Fußgänger für 15-17 Minuten können Sie den Strand erreichen. Es gibt Geschäfte in der Nähe, Cafés. Von den Nebenwirkungen : Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine 🥲 Zahlungen im Hotel / Café nur mit Karte. Das Bettwäsche war mit dem Geruch der Feuchtigkeit. Wenn Sie das Zimmer verlassen, hält der Kühlschrank nicht mehr an (so bitten Sie um eine zweite Magnetkarte, sonst wird das Essen im Kühlschrank zerstört).

Schönes Gebäude, schönes Zimmer, schönes Aussichtsfeld, ok Essen, schönes Personal. Ich würde hier nochmal bleiben.

My breakfast was included during my stays and as I told them to pack my breakfast because I leave early morning before their breakfast time starts. They promised me they will give us Sandwiches and other related items whereas they give us some unhealthy and bad condition cookies and wafers. I didn't even check because I trust them. But when I saw this, I was shocked and called the hotel number and they replied they didn't know anything about this. How funny!! I was really disappointed.

Ich bin wirklich am oberen Rand, im Gegensatz zu den Kommentaren, die ich lesen konnte und die mich Angst machten 🙄☺️ Ich empfehle dieses Hotel als Kunden und beratendes Hotel .

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

Wir hatten ein Superior-Dreibettzimmer, eine atemberaubende Aussicht, das ganze Hotel war sauber und ordentlich, das Personal war superfreundlich und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen! Der Hauptpool ist wunderschön, ich muss nur sagen, dass ich in den Poolregeln gelesen habe, dass man keine Sonnenliegen reservieren kann, aber viele Leute haben den ganzen Tag Handtücher darauf liegen gelassen und man hat sie erst am späten Nachmittag gesehen, was nicht fair gegenüber allen ist. Ich habe überhaupt nichts gegen das Hotel, aber wenn Sie eine Sonnenliege möchten, müssen Sie morgens eine reservieren!
