DdavylegrandHotel Bendinat in Mallorca is one of those rare gems that feels like a home away from home. Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility.
The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation.
The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years.
One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water.

GGastnutzerI arrived at hotel on8/9/25 for a 7 night stay it looked good on advert but don't recall ever seeing it . I used to go to Santa Ponsa very very regular but been some years since there .
Its location for a start is just superb . You're walkable to everything . Beach is a bout 200 yards away .
Anyway nice walkway up to door and lovely reception area showing also lovely large dining area to right and again lovely large bar lounge area to left . Young lady at reception warm and welcoming and patient with me ( I have a little voice disability) .
My room was on first floor so apart from taking my suitcase up I never bothered using the two lifts during stay .
My room had two single bed together both good dimensions excellent toilet and shower room to all this and hotel itself lovely and clean . My room did not have sea view but the majority do .
Believe me I had a good wee time on that wee holiday and the hotel made it . Thank you .

GGastnutzerVery relaxing stay in the Plaza Hotel. Room's are very compact but comfortable and we had a nice front facing balcony looking out over the main roundabout of santa ponsa. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful especially Lia on reception who helped us check into our room and made our stay very relaxing. The location of the hotel is perfect to access the beach only 5 minutes walk and the main bus and taxi terminal is right on your doorstep should you want to travel to anywhere on the island. Don't forget to try Pina Colada!

AAshaAll over it was a good trip. We enjoy a lot but just the last day we faced a water problem in the hotel. There was no water inside ,and the first day at 3am someone was drunk knock to our door, was disturbing us, my husband call the receptionist and they send 2 security guards and they took 5min to handle the situation. Thanks to them.Otherwise, we are satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel. You can relax, admire the beautiful view from the hotel.

GGastnutzerI had requested a few things and I got absolutely everything I wanted and even more than what I expected, I was on floor 5 and some may say it’s loud but I genuinely don’t think it was the doors block out all the music that goes on the rooftop pool. So I absolutely loved this floor for my room. I was a solo girl traveller and I felt super safe, all the staff are so polite even the life guard who helped me take a few pictures. The housekeeping was very polite always stocked up the fridge with water and juice also keeping the room so clean I’ve never seen such clean hotel. I honestly could not fault anything about the hotel it was just such an amazing experience and I will definitely be only going there for my future trips.

SSam_AleeMy breakfast was included during my stays and as I told them to pack my breakfast because I leave early morning before their breakfast time starts. They promised me they will give us Sandwiches and other related items whereas they give us some unhealthy and bad condition cookies and wafers. I didn't even check because I trust them. But when I saw this, I was shocked and called the hotel number and they replied they didn't know anything about this. How funny!! I was really disappointed.

Meine Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war schrecklich, ich hatte Ende des Zimmers, so dass mein Balkon eine Wand angestellt und einiges Müll von anderen Gästen in ihn geworfen. Ich habe es selbst ausgeräumt.
Zimmergröße hervorragend! Wirklich zu Hause gefühlt in meinem Zimmer.
Das Badezimmer hatte einige Reinigungsprobleme, sah viele kurze, leichte, braune Haare auf Tauch, Duscheboden, Duschegel und Dusche Handhabung. Aber das hat nichts zerstört. Für das Zimmer, das einzige, was ich sagen will, ist es fehlt grundlegende Hotelzimmer-Objekte wie Kettle Tee/Kaffee-Machin-Einrichtungen. Körper Creme kleine Stücke wie das im Badezimmer.
Abgesehen davon war es ein toller Aufenthalt und ich würde zurückkehren!
