Modern, upscale feeling, nice furniture, spacious rooms, good breakfast with a few western options though not many.  Service desk was good and friendly but did not provide a smoke free room asewquested in the booking at the beginning but got an upgrade afterwards really a very spacious room, which was a great service. However the service desk staff should pay more attention to the exact booking specifications, because on our second stay they gave us one standard and one larger room though we had booked two large rooms and we ended up having to correct that again with the frontdesk…. Location is a bit remote, not many shops or restaurants around. The Hotel itself is very clean and has trendy looking furniture and a lot of stylish looks inside. I can recommend it to western tourists and if you plan to travel to downtown by Didi the location does not matter anyway. It is closer to the airport than the downtown Hotels and absolutely quiet - no road noise or other things.  Overall a very pleasant Hotel with some necessary tweaks here and there for the service desk staff.

Sheyi Tea Culture hotel was an amazing stay, definitely a must stay if visiting Hohhot! Food & Drink 🫖 This hotel is also a tea house and it is a tea drinker’s dream! First the room a booked came with my own tea brewing equipment and a tea brewing table with an excellent view and comfortable seats! But that is just the beginning, as you head down to the main floor a fully stocked, beautiful tea house & cafe awaits you. Daily tea and even delicious milk tea is always available. Private table sets and outdoor seating is available too. The tea masters are skilled and attentive, which made all my tea drinking experiences fun and enjoyable! You can also purchase various tea and tea ware right in the tea house. Location 📍 This hotel is perfectly located close to the near by Ancient Street, with many close by temples and shrines to visit. A craft street is close by and available all day, while a famous local food street opens up for colourful night time snacking in the evening. Many close by restaurants offering authentic local cuisine, I recommend reading the hotel’s recommendations as they were always great. If you need even more tea experience, there is a nearby tea wholesale market and many high end tea house in the area as well. The Room 🛌 The room I stayed in had lots of space, was very clean and had everything you could need to feel comfortable. Daily bathroom necessities are provided. High quality bedding, robes and slippers are waiting for you. High end bathroom equipment is installed, with hot water always available. Premium television is set up and Wifi connection always had high speeds. A beautiful kettle and tea set can be used to make tea with daily water and a welcome tea package provided. Staff 👩⚕️ The staff were very king and helpful right from check in. Actually even before check in they were helping bring my luggage inside! They were patient with communication as I was a foreign visitor. They answered any and all questions I had. They recommended great tea and amazing restaurants! The staff were always available and always smiling! Such great people really made my stay a dream. This was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed in and I definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting Hohhot! I will be back again for sure.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine hervorragende Lage, direkt gegenüber der Großen Moschee und der Kuanzhai-Gasse, die beide mit köstlichen Restaurants locken. Auch der Dazhao-Tempel ist ganz in der Nähe. Hohhots Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen dicht beieinander, sodass ich mich beim Spazierengehen satt gegessen habe, um die Kalorien wieder abzutrainieren 🫢. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind alle neu und makellos sauber. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr höflich und begrüßen die Gäste herzlich. Sie halfen mir sogar, den Aufzugknopf zu drücken, als ich ihnen begegnete, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein – eine sehr beruhigende Erfahrung für jemanden wie mich mit sozialer Angst. Die Ausstattung lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen kleinen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle, und ein besonderes Highlight ist die Kapselkaffeemaschine – ein Segen für Kaffeeliebhaber 😁. Eine Reinigungskraft füllt täglich die Vorräte auf und reinigt das Zimmer. Zum Schluss habe ich wie immer ein paar schöne Fotos aus der Umgebung beigefügt. Ich hoffe, jeder kann Hohhot einmal besuchen, und wenn ja, kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

We had a very nice stay at Boqing Meisu. The hotel is designed around small courtyards, with a modern style mixed with some traditional and Mongolian touches. The overall atmosphere and decoration were very pleasant. Our room was spacious and we were upgraded, so we even had a small private courtyard, which was a nice surprise. Overall, the value for money was very good. The only small issues we noticed were with some of the room equipment. The smart lighting system was not very intuitive (or maybe we didn’t understand how to use it properly), and the automatic assistant didn’t really work for us. Also, the rain shower was not working, which was a bit disappointing for a relatively new hotel. We didn’t try the breakfast. The location was convenient for us, close to Hohhot East Railway Station and practical when arriving from the airport and leaving by car. However, keep in mind that it is not exactly in the historical center, so it may not be the best location if your main goal is sightseeing in the old town. Overall, a very good stay, with a beautiful design, comfortable rooms, and a few small things that could be improved.

Das Zimmer ist schön gestaltet, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Was wirklich herausstellt ist die Ansicht es ist absolut atemberaubend und einfach einer der besten in der Umgebung. Die Lage des Gelben Flusses von der Zimmerseite fühlt sich wie im Film, vor allem während der Sonnenaufnahme und Sonnenuntergang. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, so dass der gesamte Aufenthalt reibungslos und angenehm ist. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr empfohlener Rückzug für alle, die nach Frieden, Privatsphäre und unvergessliche Naturlandschaft suchen. Dieses Mal, in dem Sie im Gelben Fluss Tal verblieben, erlebt die Lost Villa eine tolle Erfahrung! Die allgemeine Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und hat eine private Intimität, da es nur 15 Zimmer im gesamten Haus gibt, keine allgemeinen Urlaubswohnungen, wohnen Sie besonders entspannt. Das Zimmer ist qualitativ hochwertig und komfortabel, und das überraschendste ist die Landschaft außerhalb des Fensters. Sie können wirklich sagen, dass die beste Aussicht hier ist. Die Landschaft des Gelben Flusses und des Silicon Valley ist sehr schockierend und der Sonnenuntergang ist schön wie ein Filmbild. Der Personalservice ist auch sehr intim und die allgemeine Atmosphäre ist sehr geeignet für Menschen, die von der Stadt entfernt und den ruhigen Urlaub genießen wollen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Overall, it was a pretty nice hotel. The only downside was that my room’s window faced an enclosed area, and the ventilation system there was quite noisy. I asked if I could change rooms, but they said the only available option was a twin room instead of a room with one bed, so I decided to keep my original room.

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist super, nur etwa 5 Gehminuten von der Residenz des Generals entfernt. Abgesehen davon gibt es jedoch nicht viel zu erkunden und die Umgebung ist eher durchschnittlich, nicht so sauber und repräsentativ wie die Neustadt. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß, aber gut durchdacht eingerichtet und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Wir waren drei Nächte hier und fühlten uns nicht beengt, es gab genügend Platz für unsere Sachen. Der Service war gut und reaktionsschnell. Hohhot ist sehr trocken, und als wir einen Luftbefeuchter anforderten, wurde dieser umgehend geliefert. Das Frühstück wird im obersten Stockwerk im Drehrestaurant serviert. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr schön, aber es gibt nicht viele Plätze, so dass man zu Stoßzeiten möglicherweise warten muss. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist Standard, alles Nötige ist vorhanden, aber es gibt nichts Außergewöhnliches, was besonders hervorsticht.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Aus dem Norden ist es, die Damen und die alte Straße zu fahren. Es ist sehr heiß, die Nacht. Es gibt nur fünf Minuten, um die Grand Call zu gehen, und Silver versucht, die Straße auf der anderen Seite der Grand Call. Darüber hinaus ist es 15 Minuten, um die Touring-Schule und Paul Khanforta zu gehen, und es ist sehr bequem. Dazu empfiehlt Paul Khan Forta, es besser zu sehen. Das Hotel ist ein alter, antiker Quadrathof. Es wird empfohlen, im ersten Stock zu bleiben. Die Spiraltreppen im zweiten Stock sind noch etwas unkomfortabel, aber das Hotel ist sehr intim mit einer Aufstiegsplattform für den Transport von Gepäck ausgestattet und ist auch ausgefüllt. !!! We stayed here for 5 nights with our family and overall had a very comfortable experience. The room interior, the soft carpet, and the view from the window made the room feel cozy, relaxing, and almost brand new. However, the daily housekeeping was below our expectations. The staff only emptied the trash and replaced the toilet paper. During our 5-night stay, the carpet was never vacuumed. Since we were traveling with children, there were small crumbs on the carpet, but it was never cleaned. The floor was also never mopped. Another issue was the bathroom. Water would splash onto the shelf around the sink, but it was never wiped dry. As a result, the silicone seal around the mirror had turned yellow and looked worn because it was constantly left wet. The refrigerator was locked, so we couldn’t use it to store our food, which was inconvenient for a family with children. It was also difficult to communicate these issues because there were no English-speaking staff members available. Despite these points, the room itself was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay overall. With better housekeeping and easier communication, the experience would have been excellent.

After many days of travel, I wanted to rest in a comfortable hotel. Choosing this hotel turned out to be a very good decision. It is a very comfortable place to stay.
