The facilities were beautiful and amazing. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. The food was delicious and the ambience on the top floor was very nice with fire pits to sit and relax by. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 star rating was because of housekeeping. They came in the first day and restocked our bath linens. After that, for the next four days, we never saw them. Ran out of bath linens, coffee and toilet paper. Had to go to front desk to ask for these necessities. One person on our floor put a huge pile of dirty linens outside their door. Another put their overflowing trash cans outside their door. Our cans were overflowing as well. I would definitely stay here again but I would make sure to request housekeeping daily. Not to clean or change sheets. I never expected that. But to leave clean bath linens and check trash cans and toilet paper.

I booked room with pay at the hotel with breakfast ! First they took all money at the morning from card i didn’t wanna to use , then when we are arrived to hotel they get other credit card and use that for deposit , but anyway from my other card they took 10 dollars ! What management do their job like this ????? And about breakfast! Horrible ! You get the coupons for breakfast and you can’t take coffee and water ! one drink for the breakfast:coffee or water or juice ! All the days they confused our orders ! Service at the hotel one star!!!! Never seen that at Marriott hotels ! They even didn’t give water for the status like it usually do ! Because we booked through trip .com . But it is ok ! Other things are just disappointing! It was my birthday trip!

Wir reisen von NKY für ein Wochenende des Fußballs. Das Inn By The River war so günstig und hilfsbereit, dass wir sicherlich nächstes Mal hier bleiben werden. Sie halfen, Zimmer für 50+ Personen, Ausstattung, Lebensmittel usw. zusammen zu arrangieren. Wir hatten keine Fragen oder Beschwerden, als wir verließen.

去大霧山住在BW， BW酒店房間多，上下方便， 中間游泳池也大， 那天下大雨， 第二天上山，山上的霧很多。其實大霧山的景色在浙江福建是很多的， 非常普通， 不過後麪的藍嶺公路確實不錯。

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family. The hotel has a lot of facilities to keep kids happy and engaged. Indoor waterpark was good with quite a few slides. Thanksgiving decoration was beautiful. They also did a lot of activities right from 8:30 am until 9:45 pm to entertain the families and kids, and that was really nice of them. Rooms were OK, it didn't have a microwave. They have a breakfast place, ice cream shop, flavored pop corn and sweets/candy shop, and a pizzeria. The breakfast place had ”A la carte” option, no buffet. Overall, it's a very nice place for families with kids. The kids will never feel bored even if they have to spend a whole day in the hotel. And location is perfect.

The housekeeping staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We were in the building across the river. Member of party was not able to walk to breakfast area and the parking area was severely lacking enough spaces (not to mention hard to maneuver in). So we were never able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. The parking area for the room itself was small. There were cars having to park wherever they could. The kids really enjoyed the geese and ducks and other critters we saw in the area. By being on the first floor, we were able to enjoy the animals up close. And we enjoyed being next to the river. It was very peaceful.

We had a couple problems when we got there talked to the front desk was taken care of immediately. All the people there was extremely nice and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the place was extremely clean will definitely go back.

This place had SO much potential, but little by little, it proved to be a hotel I cannot recommend in good conscience. I booked a ‘Honeymoon Suite’ for my wife and I, from the date of January 21st to January 25th. The receptionist that checked us in was friendly, but was facing the dilemma of deciding which room to put my wife and me in, because a water line had burst the previous night, causing the cold water to shut off completely for the first couple days of our stay. The receptionist (at the time of my check-in), was likely also a/the manager, and she offered to switch our room out for another. I declined, however, due to the fact that none of the available, vacant rooms had jetted jacuzzi tubs in them, and the jetted tub was one of the biggest features which drew me into booking the room. We ended up staying in the original room (with the temporarily broken water line), and the manager told me it would be no issue to appropriately partially refund our money, or compensate us for the many issues we experienced, monetarily.

Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, nicht auf der Straße, das Zimmer ist sehr groß, der Raum ist sehr gut.

Dieses Hotel sieht etwas verbraucht aus. Das Teppich muss bestimmt ersetzt werden, aber mein Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Bett war komfortabel. Das Zimmer war groß. Es hatte ein Fernseher, Eisen und Eisenböden, Kaffeemaschine und einen Kühlschrank. Es gab komplimentäre Toiletten und die Handtücher waren gut gelagert. Es gab überhaupt kein Lärm. Ich schlief gut und fühlte mich sicher. Die Tür hatte doppelte Schließungen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Der Eincheck war schnell und einfach und der Herr arbeitete sehr freundlich. Der Innenpool war groß und sehr sauber. Es gab auch ein Fitnessraum, das gut ausgerüstet scheint. Das kostenlose Frühstück bestand aus Waffeln, Getreide, Toast, Gewürze und kochierte Eier. Nicht eine große Sorte, aber ich wurde voll und es war kostenlos. Die Verkaufsmaschinen haben eine gute Sorte und waren gut gelagert. Ich war überrascht, dass es keine Haartrockner im Zimmer gibt. Ich musste zum Geschäft laufen, um einen zu kaufen. Ich blieb hier auf einer Arbeitsreise. Ich würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer ist extrem keine Frälle mit einem älteren Gefühl, aber ich war nicht da, um im Zimmer zu bleiben. Ich wurde ein sehr sauberer und sicherer Schlafplatz geliefert, ich wurde gut behandelt, und ein wenig mit einem sauberen, warmen Innenpool und kostenlosen Waffeln zum Frühstück vernichtet. Ich habe gut in einem komfortablen Bett ohne Lärm oder Ablenkungen gelebt. Ich bin ein glücklicher Kunde!
