Our third floor, two-level condo sits along the Indian River Bay, about 3 miles from Bethany Beach. Bethany Beach is a quaint coastal town with everything you need to have an unforgettable family vacation no matter what time of year you visit. Located in Bethany Bay, our condo is in a perfectly tranquil location away from the crowds. Enjoy wetland views from the screened in rear deck or enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the golf course and Indian River Bay from the front balcony. *The building does not have an elevator.This family friendly condo features four bedrooms and a pull out sofa to accommodate up to ten guests. There are also three full bathrooms (two on the first floor, one on the second floor), a full eat-in kitchen, breakfast bar with two stools and separate dining room area, as well as a spacious living room with cable TV and Wi-Fi.
