We felt like the room was our personal condo and the staff was property management taking care of us like we were a permanent tenants. And the price of a 1,300 sq ft 2-bed 2-bath with balcony and floor to ceiling windows with ocean view was about the same as economy-size rooms I had gotten the same month on Bourbon Street in New Orleans and in Panama City Beach. If you want a quiet and very comfortable stay in Biloxi, you’ll want to be at the South beach Biloxi Hotel & Suites.

Das Hotel war in einem sehr schönen Ort und die Aussicht war großartig. Das Personal ist auch sehr willkommen. Hot Cocoa und Tee 24 Stunden am Tag zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war ein bisschen aus. Nichts war im Lager und nur sehr wenige Dinge waren verfügbar und schmeckten nicht sehr gut. Insgesamt war es ein guter Ort, übernachtet zu bleiben. Drei Schritte vom Strand entfernt.

Die allgemeine Erfahrung des Hotels war GREAT! Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Das Frühstück war das beste, das ich während eines meiner Hotelaufenthalte hatte.

Tolles Personal sauberer Pool schöne und saubere Zimmer

The grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

I booked with trips.com and it specifically says deluxe room with balcony vs standard room with balcony . I spoke with manager concerning this and she said show me the email or go to trips.com . I tried to pull it up but it find not and I clearly told her I paid more for the room and she said , the room I wanted was cheaper but did not honor it . She told me the price change if I changed it .. I have worked for hospitality over 15 yrs and never encountered someone not so accommodating .
