Family and friends can enjoy private dock, and 300ft of riverfront beach. There is room to tie your boat or watercraft. Plenty of free parking for your trailer and more. The location is perfect!!!You have access to the entire place. Large partial covered patio. On the property there is a gate in the grass area to go down to our private dock and beach. This area is shared with other vacation guests. You can use the dock to load and unload your boat and you can also tie your boat on the poles on the beach, at your own risk of course. We have about 300 Ft of beach area. The beach does vary with the water level throughout the day. We have ample space to park your boats, trailers and more. There is a launching at the Chamber of commerce less than a mile from the house. Everything you need is close!!This property is also perfect for snowbirds.
