Of the many unique features, some of these include the large living room with wet bar & seating, cable tv/dvd, free wireless internet, large fully equipped kitchen w/beautiful granite bar, 2 spacious bathrooms, and 5 bedrooms with pillow-top mattresses. Guests also enjoy the (2)large covered patios including outdoor furniture, BBQ pit, a freezer for your catch, as well as our covered pavilion/ entertainment area featuring an outdoor kitchen just steps from the lodge. The property amenities also include our fish cleaning facility on the canal, for easy fish & game cleaning;(and usually some up-close photo opportunities of the gators feeding on fish carcasses!) This cabin is fully furnished including pillow-top bedding, linens, towels, dishes, pots, pans, cookware, coffee pot with coffee & fixings, soap, shampoo & washer detergents. (sleeps 11). Kingfish Lodges is one of our five, 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Private Rentals Owned by Paradise Outfitters LLC. Our private rentals are conveniently located on Highway 23 half way between Mile Markers # 3 and # 4 in Venice, Louisiana - home to the World's Best Fishing! There is ample parking for boats and trailers and for a group and extended stays. Our private rental is simply superior - it includes all of the luxuries and comforts of home to maximize your enjoyment and pleasure while in Venice. Our rental unit is a 3 Bedroom/2 Full Bathroom modular home with over 1300 square feet of living space and sleeps 8 guests, with each person having his/her own bed. It is nicely appointed and fully furnished. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, satellite television, outside deck, and barbeque pit. It has an open floor plan which includes a large living room, dining, and kitchen combination and includes fishing photographs of past guests and their catch. The fully equipped kitchen that includes a Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Pot, and Toaster Oven. All of the pots, pans, dishware, and utensils are provided. There is a utility room that includes a washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bed, the second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a twin mattress up and a full mattress down, and the third bedroom includes 2 bunk beds, with twin mattresses up and full mattresses down. This Rental sleeps 8 guests with each person having his own bed. It has quality mattresses and linens for a good night's sleep. Towels are included too.The Rental has satellite television, an attached wood deck with exterior tables & chairs and a barbeque pit for you to grill. Kingfish Private Rental is located less than a 1/2 mile from Yellow Cotton Marina, and approximately 4 miles from Cypress Cove Marina and The Venice Marina.
