Die Kontrolle in der Dame ist süß und großartig, der Ort macht Sie sich begrüßen. Wir haben in der „Hamxxx“ (gegenüber der Straße) gewöhnt, aber finden Sie diesen Ort besser. Wir lebten auf der 3/F und in der Nähe des Aufstiegs, aber der schlechte Geruch des Gusses ist sehr stark um die Aufstiegsfläche, fühlt sich wie in einem Dumpsterput. Hoffentlich kann das Management das super vollen Gussein weg in irgendeinen anderen Ort verschieben.

I really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)

Das Personal war hier professionell und freundlich. Wir reservierten einen Standard mit einem King-Size-Bett.Das Zimmer in diesem Zweig - Albuquerque East war nicht lustig und war sauber & hatte internationale Plugs, die schön war. Das Front Desk und jeder war hilfreich. Das Frühstücksmahl und das Personal waren alle hilfreich und freundlich. Bonus: Unser Zimmer hatte auch einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge. Das Hotel ist sehr gut für die Gäste, aber es ist sehr gut für die Gäste. Das Hotelgericht im Restaurant war so salzig. Das Frühstück war ok und die Lage war ok. Das war nur das Plus für Houston East Channelview Branch.

the cleaning lady knocked at my door TWICE before the check out time of noon, once at ca. 09:30 and another at ca. 1130. I complained to the receptionist, who had the cheek to ask me if I had put the do not disturb sign on. The lack of courtesy at this hotel is stunning. Next time (not with me though), try knocking at everybody's door every hour. This is NOT a welcoming place and should not be patronized.

The customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Der Aufenthalt war großartig, das Hotel war sauber und bis zu dem, wie Tru Hotels sind. Einchecken war ein wenig lang, weil wir jemanden zu fangen mussten, um um 830pm zu prüfen. Das Frühstück war auch ein kleines Unterpaar, verglichen mit allen anderen Tru Hotels, die wir geblieben haben. Insgesamt würde ich wieder bleiben.

Receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and clean. The showerhead needs to be replaced. The water pressure is not that good and there was no fan that worked in the bathroom. No free breakfast. However, they do have a wait surface kitchen. Paid six dollars for one egg and another six dollars for one piece of bacon.

Mein Aufenthalt war erstaunlich, außer dass der Pool nicht bereit war, zu springen. Es hatte ein Zeichen auf der Pooltür, dass es Holz im Mai geöffnet wird, aber hatte keinen Termin, wann es verfügbar sein würde zu genießen. Außer dass Hyatt Platz war erstaunlich würde ich wieder kommen. Ich empfehle.

Wir reservierten ein Kings Zimmer, bezahlten es und erhielten eine Bestätigung. Erst nach dem Einchecken und dem Zutritt ins Zimmer fanden wir heraus, dass es 2 Doppelbetten waren. Als mein Mann ins Zimmer ging, sagte eine Person auf dem Büro, die Könige seien alle gebucht, die andere Person auf dem Büro sagte, es sei ein Modell und es gab keine King-Betten. Ich weiß nicht, was wahr ist. Sie waren eindeutig nicht daran interessiert, uns überhaupt zu helfen, und da wir bereits alle unsere Gepäck entladen hatten, blieben wir dort trotzdem. WARN, dass was Sie buchen, nicht das ist, was Sie erhalten und in der Anlage und das wurde nicht überall erklärt.

Hotel is okay,it's an older unit in a rough part of town.Trash outside and inside my room,hallway and rear entrance was not emptied daily.Car in rear parking lot was vandalized while I was there, not my car, there were many warning signs not to leave valuables in cars.I was there 2 1/2 days never received new towels for the ones I used,although bathroom and room was clean when I arrived. Had a bad problem with the room door opening from the outside, I am fairly strong ,but I had to hip-check the door every time to get into my ,it's so obvious that cleaning staff must have reported It was that hard to open,I am easy-going but it needs reported and repaired.
