In your booking confirmation message you will receive a link to your Guest Rental Agreement, which must be reviewed and signed in order to receive the access details for the property. It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms before signing the agreement. After signing the Guest Rental Agreement property access details with keycode and WiFi information will be sent to you on the morning of your reservation. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. Damage Responsibility: If your pet(s) cause any damage to the room or its furnishings during your stay, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the damages incurred. We kindly ask that you supervise your pets at all times to prevent any accidents or mishaps. Undisclosed Pets: Guests bringing undisclosed pets will be subject to a fee of $200 per night, per pet. To avoid any additional charges, please be sure to inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet(s) along. Pet Limit: For the comfort and safety of all guests, we have a limit of 2 pets.
