The lounge chair converts into a bed for extra sleeping or lounging. There are two window AC units in the living room, two portable stand fans in each room and ceiling fans in every room to keep you cool in the summer months. The elevation at Lindville Land Harbor is 3600 feet so it is always cool. Opening the windows will let in a nice fresh breeze. For the colder months, we have baseboard heating, heaters in each room and a gas fireplace in the living room to keep you warm and toasty.
