Wake up to palm trees and a stunning beach sunrise. The first bedroom is the main suite with a queen-sized bed, full bathroom, ceiling fan, and air conditioner. The second bedroom has a Bunk Bed (one upper twin size and one full size) and an air conditioner. In the living room, there is a Full-size sleep sofa. We also provide (1) Pack n Plays and (1) high chairs at no extra charge. It has easy access to the parking lot with two designed parking spots and a fenced back patio--all on the ground level. In addition, a gas barbecue is available for your use. The fully-equipped kitchen provides a full-size stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware, tableware, utensils - ready-to-cook meals. Also located in our kitchen area is a full-size washer and dryer to help pack light. Open space living and dining room complete with a Smart 32" TV and WiFi, this condo is ready and waiting for your enjoyment. The property is in a gated community with a security guard on night staff and two dedicated parking spaces. There is an outdoor shower by the beach gate and a bathroom near the property's gazebo. The property manager will meet guests with the key/gate clicker or let us know beforehand for a check-in /check-out without person-to-person contact.Located in Punta Bandera, Luquillo is close to El Yunque Rain Forest, the Fajardo or Vieques Bio Bay, several golf courses, the famous Luquillo Kiosks and restaurants including Mexican, seafood, local fare, tacos, pizza, and more. A short drive to the east takes you to Fajardo, where the ferry dock is located. Daily ferries are available to take you to Culebra or Vieques Islands, or if you plan, you can even go to St. John for the day. Waterfall tours, paddling, and snorkeling abound from Luquillo and Fajardo. Driving west, there's horseback riding, go-carts, four-wheeling, and zip lining. A visit to Old San Juan to visit the old forts, San Cristobal and El Morro is always fun, and while you're in the area, you can take a free tour of the Bacardi Factory. Finally, a lovely day trip is to the Rio Camuy Caves, a little farther west. For the shoppers, there's an outlet mall 20 minutes west of the condo and Plaza las Americas--the largest mall in the Caribbean--just west of San Juan. This 4500sqft Villa boasts 6 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, sleeps 14 comfortably and has a brand new entire-home automatic generator and a 1500 gallon water cistern. It's perfect for storm-watching without the hassle of losing power or water. The main floor of your villa boasts large tile floors throughout the open concept living and dining rooms. The gorgeously tiled chef's kitchen has everything you need to create amazing meals while you look out at the gardens and pool area. A large pantry is stocked with supplies and appliances- from ice maker to kitchen mixer- for all of your needs. A private laundry room has your own washer and dryer. The dining room table is perfect for large gatherings and the deck off of the main area has expansive views of the gardens and surrounding mountains. The main area has a large AC unit to keep everyone cool, a large deep seated couch to curl up on and watch movies on the large flatscreen TV, and a half bath. The main area also has two large, airconditioned bedrooms with Queen size beds and walk in closets. They share a large jack and Jill tiled bathroom. There is a third bedroom that is perfect for the kids! It has two sets of twin bunkbeds, a play kitchen, dollhouse and craft table - a dream for any little one! Though this is the only bedroom without AC, keeping the door open with a fan will absolutely cool it down. The Master retreat is just off of the dining room and features AC, a King sized bed, gorgeous views with access to the deck, a full bathroom and walk in closet. Walk down the Italian inspired staircase to the bottom floor of your villa. Here you will find another living area with flatscreen TV, a pool table, a bar with sink and fridge and a cedar sauna to ease your sore muscles (with pre-signed waiver) after a day of hiking the rainforest or exploring the coast. This area has no AC, but it doesn’t need it! Fully screened in, it keeps you protected while letting in the cool night breeze and the magical sounds of nature. It’s truly the best room in the house!The bottom floor also has a full sized bathroom and two more spacious airconditioned bedrooms with large closets, one with a queen size bed and one with both, a queen and a double bed. From the bottom floor you will walk down a grand staircase that leads to your own private paradise. The resort style property is covered in gorgeous colorful tiles, lush tropical gardens and too many nooks and crannies to count! There are little hideaway spaces throughout to enjoy a book, sip your coffee, meditate by the statues and enjoy a glass of wine. The large inground pool has cascading steps, a swim up bar and fun lights at night. There are 4 lounge chairs to soak up the sun, and tables to enjoy the day. The covered Mexican inspired gazebo has a charcoal grill, bluetooth speaker and ajustable lights so you can enjoy your margarita under the stars. There is an outdoor shower near the pool, and another outdoor shower with hot water hidden away near your front door to rinse sand from the beach. The garden of statues creates the perfect hideaway to curl up with a book or practice some yoga. In your pantry, we offer 2 folding tables and 12 folding chairs so you can host the perfect outdoor party while dancing away under the lights. We live in a completely separate home on the top floor of the villa, ensuring your space remains private. You likely won’t even notice we’re there, as we stay out of all common areas—but we’re available if you need anything.
