The unit is spacious, clean and well furnished with all the essentials. The host made sure everything is set before check in. There is also option to book for a parking slot for an additional fee. The view from the 34F unit is amazing! You can see the view of Laguna De Bay on a clear day while BGC skyline at night. A lot of options for restaurants in the area that’s just walking distance. Uptown and Mitsokoshi malls are also options for shopping malls. Will definitely book again!

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Der Eigentümer der Einheit war auch sehr hilfreich und beantwortete unsere Anfragen schnell. Klare Anweisungen zur Eincheckung wurden gegeben, so dass unser Eincheckungsprozess reibungslos ging. Die Lage ist ein riesiges Plus! Es ist buchstäblich neben und direkt mit dem Venedig Grand Canal Mall verbunden. Ich empfehle diesen Ort sehr Haustierbesitzern, die lieben, ihre Pelzbabys auf Aufenthaltsreisen mitzubringen. Es gab nur zwei Nebenwirkungen. Erstens war der Klimaanlage nicht so kalt wie erwartet, obwohl das möglicherweise auf die Sommerwärme zurückzuführen war. Zweitens mussten die Gäste ihre Müllmüll in einem bestimmten Bereich des Kondobasis sammeln und entsorgen. Vielleicht könnte das Reinigungspersonal das stattdessen behandeln, sofern die Gäste ihre Müll in den benannten Bädern innerhalb der Einheit ordnungsgemäß entsorgen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen großen Aufenthalt und würden sicherlich noch einmal buchen!

My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it. Pros: ●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney) ●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee ● Wifi is working very fine ● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator. ● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold ● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean Cons ●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night ● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to) ● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

Jetzt zurück zum Grundstück, das NICHT zu machen ein Geschäft wie ein Condo/Hotel mietet schlecht, aber eine ehrliche Beobachtung kommt von einigen wie mir, die wohnt N amerikanisch Land Wie die USA(Ich bin asiatisch und amerikanisch aufgewachsen) Als SE-Asienreisende sind sie NICHT auf die Bedürfnisse vorbereitet: Schnelligkeit Einlagen /over Überprüfung - zu viel Papierarbeit/TIME (Entschuldigungen für die spät gekommen - wie 15 -30 Minen ist nichts für eine Kultur, aber in den USA haben wir gelernt, „wenn Sie zu spät sind“. Ich hoffe, Sie berücksichtigen das für das vorstehende. Reisen zu lassen sagen Japan oder die Philippinen, pack extra patience you will NEED it they say they are skill in English again ask , 24/7 means open all day and all night & most does not understand those numbers. Persönlich werde ich an Hotels halten, wo ich nicht um Bareinlagen gebe (1 Nacht NUR) Ich musste U$D ich aus der lokalen Währung auslaufen. Ich musste ein Foto von meinen $40 nehmen, so dass ich sicher bin, dass es wirklich das Geld war, das ich ihnen gab ( ich sollte nicht diese Art von Gefühl - aber ich tat :/ ) lang Dank für die Anhörung

Die Einheit war geräumig, sauber und voll ausgestattet mit allem, was für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt wurde. Die Aussicht war schön, und die Lage ist perfekt. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zur High Street. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Hotel at One Up Town Residences. The unit was beautiful, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean, organized, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The property manager was also very easy to communicate with—responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen and other amenities were complete, so we had everything we needed and truly felt at home. My family had an amazing vacation experience, and we definitely enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the BGC area.

Bettwäsche – Da die Bettwäsche, insbesondere Bettlaken und Kissenbezüge, bereits älter ist, können Flecken und Gebrauchsspuren vorhanden sein. Sollten Sie dies als zu abgenutzt empfinden, wenden Sie sich bitte an die Rezeption. Die Bettwäsche wird Ihnen gerne ausgetauscht. Falls die Klimaanlage nicht ausreichend kühlt oder Sie sich aus anderen Gründen unwohl fühlen, wird man sich bemühen, Ihr Anliegen zu klären, notfalls auch durch einen Zimmerwechsel. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist strategisch günstig, kann aber nachts aufgrund der Nähe zu einem Wohngebiet etwas unsicher wirken (viele Arbeiter aus BGC gehen dort nachts zu Fuß zu ihren Wohnheimen oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln). Ich persönlich habe mich jedoch um Mitternacht auf dem Weg von BGC dorthin überhaupt nicht unsicher gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist eher einfach, die Unterkunft sehr schlicht.

The host was accommodating of all our inquiries and concerns, and we'e grateful for their kindness. The property was clean, through the beddings were only set up for 2 people, not 3 as originally confirmed. Location was key as it was rather accessible to the entry and exit points of the facility. Will come back with my sons again, for the next time!

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.
