We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Der Eigentümer der Einheit war auch sehr hilfreich und beantwortete unsere Anfragen schnell. Klare Anweisungen zur Eincheckung wurden gegeben, so dass unser Eincheckungsprozess reibungslos ging. Die Lage ist ein riesiges Plus! Es ist buchstäblich neben und direkt mit dem Venedig Grand Canal Mall verbunden. Ich empfehle diesen Ort sehr Haustierbesitzern, die lieben, ihre Pelzbabys auf Aufenthaltsreisen mitzubringen. Es gab nur zwei Nebenwirkungen. Erstens war der Klimaanlage nicht so kalt wie erwartet, obwohl das möglicherweise auf die Sommerwärme zurückzuführen war. Zweitens mussten die Gäste ihre Müllmüll in einem bestimmten Bereich des Kondobasis sammeln und entsorgen. Vielleicht könnte das Reinigungspersonal das stattdessen behandeln, sofern die Gäste ihre Müll in den benannten Bädern innerhalb der Einheit ordnungsgemäß entsorgen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen großen Aufenthalt und würden sicherlich noch einmal buchen!

My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it. Pros: ●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney) ●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee ● Wifi is working very fine ● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator. ● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold ● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean Cons ●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night ● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to) ● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ich blieb hier für eine Arbeitsreise und konnte nicht glücklicher sein. Die 1-bedroom Suite war perfektrein, ruhig und mit schnellem WLAN. Mit einer Küche mit einem Induktionsküche war ein riesiger Plus für spätnahs Mahlzeiten. Der 24-hour butler Service über WeChat war super responsiv und machte alles einfach. Die tägliche Hausaufbewahrung und der komplimentarische Flughafentransfer machte meine Reise stressfrei. Sehr empfehlen Sie diesen Ort für jeden, der BGC für Geschäftsbesuche besucht!

給免費升級了一室一廳套房，公寓房間帶有洗衣機，洗衣服一晚就可以干透。配有簡單廚具，可以做簡單的餐食。就是空調太吵，對睡眠環境要求較高的來說需要謹慎選擇。

Der Ort selbst ist schön! Ich würde zurückkommen, wenn der Duscheraum nicht klopft, dass die Böden für eine ganze Zeit überschwemmt! Deutsche Felsen wurden überall im Badezimmer gesehen, speziell durch die Wasch- und Trockner-Einheit, die nicht so erstaunlich ist, dass ich mit der Lage mit vielen Optionen zu erfahren, erstaunliches Essen und Kaffee zu bekommen.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, der Raum selbst aber etwas klein. Er ist zwar klein, bietet aber alles Notwendige. Das Frühstück wird in einer Box mit drei verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen serviert, was in Ordnung ist. Geschäfte befinden sich in der Nähe, sodass es sehr praktisch und nah an einem Einkaufsviertel liegt.

Die Einheit war geräumig, sauber und voll ausgestattet mit allem, was für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt wurde. Die Aussicht war schön, und die Lage ist perfekt. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zur High Street. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The room is nice, cozy, spacious, and clean, and the reception staff are friendly. The only problem is that the shower isn’t working. Hopefully, it gets fixed soon because overall, the hotel room is recommended.

It is spacious and the location is convenient. Room is near the pool. We liked the sofa and futons, and there were plently of pillows and blankets. There is also available cookware and cutlery. Water runs nicely as well. If any, it would be better if the host reaches out proactively or at least checks to make sure if we are already settled in. The host was abit hard to reach, and the lobby frontdesk made me feel like I'm being bothersome. Also, the building corridor (outside the room) smells pungent like curry. The smart tv has no Netflix altho has other streaking services, we had to cast our laptop to be able to watch.
