Sanpeiso was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. The ryokan beautifully preserves the atmosphere of traditional Japan while offering excellent comfort and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and took great care of every detail throughout our stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and overlooked a peaceful garden, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The onsen was exceptional — the hot spring water felt wonderful after a day of sightseeing, and the entire bathing area was quiet and beautifully maintained. Both dinner and breakfast were served in traditional Japanese style and were outstanding. Every dish was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and showcased seasonal ingredients. It felt like a true cultural experience rather than simply a meal. What impressed us most was the authentic character of the ryokan. Unlike many modernized properties, Sanpeiso retains the charm and elegance of a classic Japanese inn. The combination of attentive service, excellent cuisine, serene surroundings, and high-quality hot springs made our stay unforgettable. If you are looking for an authentic ryokan experience in Atami, I highly recommend Sanpeiso. We would gladly return on our next visit to Japan.

Großer Aufenthalt mit hervorragender Service und wirklich nahe der Station Atami und dem berühmten Pudding Shop. Millionen dank der Mitarbeiter, die die Ladeleitungen, Adapter und Halskette, die wir versehentlich dort verlassen 😄😄😄

Insgesamt konnte es als ein lokaler Ryokan bewertet werden, aber vielleicht nicht für internationale Kunden bereit sein. Es hat den Rakuten Bronze-Preis 2023 gewonnen. Ich bin besonders über Rauchen und das Nichtrauchenzimmer war voller Rauchengeräucher. Auch überrascht, dass ich meine eigene Tatami Bett etc. aufgestellt werden muss. Personal abhängig von Google übersetzen, aber gestrahlt, wenn es keine WLAN gibt. Sie könnten gemeinsame Sätze in Text übersetzt haben. Nice garden.

Einfach zugänglich - direkt vor der Strandwache. Parkplatz ist jedoch nicht vor Ort, sondern auf einem separaten Gebäude. Wenn Sie fahren, versuchen Sie zu fallen Ihre Gepäckstücke vor dem Hotel ab, bevor Sie in den Park im nächsten Hotel fahren.

It was a quaint, cozy hotel situated close to JR Atami Station. The hotel has very good food for both dinner and breakfast! The staff are friendly and even though they can't speak good English, they tried their best to communicate to the best of their knowledge and I really appreciate it! I especially enjoyed my time at the onsen on the rooftop, it has good facilities. The only thing is the cleanliness of the room, since there is still water in the kettle from the previous guests, I didn't want to drink any water from the kettle because of it. They should replace it with a new kettle or clean it. Otherwise, the room is also very cozy, they give yukatas for guests to wear them around the hotel and they also offer free transport to JR Atami station. Otherwise, I would have struggled to get around since there is lack of public transportation at Atami! I still have a very good time and enjoyed my time because of the friendly staff at the hotel, they are very helpful! 10/10 will come back again with my friends or family in the future.

良い点 部屋が広くてトイレが綺麗。 部屋の入室が暗証番号なので、鍵を持ち歩かずに済む。 ウェルカムドリンクが豊富に種類があり、軽いおつまみもあるのが嬉しい。 岩盤浴がある。 脱衣所のドライヤーの中にレプロナイザーがあった！ 空気清浄機がある。 気になった点 宿泊前の電話応対が良いとは言えない。 ウェルカムドリンクブースの清掃が行き届いていない。 ほとんどオンラインで行いすぎて、年齢的にも逆に面倒。 部屋に内線がついていないのにもびっくりした。 室内着が浴衣なのに、食事処に輪ゴムの用意もない。 全体的にもう少しホスピタリティがあってもいいかなと思った。

The hotel should get more than 3 stars. The room is big, the smells also nice, although is an old hotel but the preserve it so nice. The public onsen also great. The night buffet just find but we think with the price and you can get all you can drink alcohol and sushi, pretty worth it. Overall, we love the hotel.

看得出是有年頭的酒店了，設施比較老舊，像房門鑰匙、開關、插座、座便器這些看着就是十幾年前國內3星酒店的標準。因為在海邊的關係吧，房間一進去就是潮濕的霉味，不過房間裏面有放凈化器。在花火大會當晚能訂到房，已經不容易了，雖然相比平時價格可能翻了3倍。房費包括2大1小的一泊二食，按3人鋪好了床、擺了洗漱用品。 早晚餐都是自助餐，要注意的是晚飯最好提前跟酒店約時間，我們不知道，去了現場被告知晚飯時間衹有第二場20點開始，還好我們的司機大姐跟前台軟磨硬泡，說我們要去海邊現場看花火的，給我們調到了18:30的第一場。自助餐品質雖然不多，但是味道很不錯，尤其炸蝦、蛋炒飯、牛排。軟飲、啤酒也是暢飲的，用餐時間70分鐘。 吃完飯，從酒店溜達到親水公園google map有兩條路，一條經過熱海銀座，人多車多店鋪多走起來慢，想感受熱鬧的可以走這。我們選了沿着系川河有台階的小路，去海邊是下坡走起來不累，大概12、3分鐘就能到親水公園，這邊看煙花正好。如果不想去海邊，酒店的5樓也有露台能看（當天有看到一塊指示牌），不過會被前麪的樓擋住一些。 看好花火回酒店，還能去2樓大澡堂洗澡、泡溫泉，舒服。第二天早餐最晚入場時間是9點。

Nach dem Blick auf die Ctrip-Bewertung hatte ich keine großen Erwartungen, aber viele Hotels waren an diesem Abend wegen des Feuerwerks ausgebucht, also entschied ich mich für dieses Hotel. Es war eigentlich ganz okay. Das Zimmer ist nicht klein, die Terrasse riesig und man kann das Meer sehen, aber der Blick ist durch Hochspannungsleitungen versperrt. Vom Bahnhof Atami ist es nicht weit zum Zimmer, 10 Minuten, aber man muss die Treppe hochgehen oder eine S-förmige Straße nehmen, was mit einem Koffer etwas mühsam ist. Es gibt kein Badezimmer im Zimmer, nur ein öffentliches Bad. Es sind nur sehr wenige Gäste da und das Bad ist fast ausgebucht. Als ich gegen 6:30 Uhr eincheckte, war niemand an der Rezeption. Ich musste jemanden anrufen, damit er rauskommt. Das war etwas seltsam. Außerdem wurde festgelegt, dass die Tür von 23:00 Uhr bis 6:00 Uhr des nächsten Tages verschlossen bleibt und niemand hinein- oder hinausgehen darf.

朝、夜共にご飯がとても水分量が多くとても柔らかいので 固めが好きな方はカレーや炒飯をおすすめします 朝食は主食となるおかずがあまりなかった様に思えます。
