Das Zimmer ist groß, die Umgebung ist sehr gut, der Preis ist erschwinglich, es gibt verschiedene alte Gebäude in der Nähe, die U-Bahn-Station und der Bahnhof sind in der Nähe, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, es ist sehr bequem zu reisen!

The only inconvenience we experienced was that early check-in before 3:00 p.m. was not available, even for an additional fee. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, so we had to endure the high June temperatures until check-in time. To make matters worse, there was a demonstration that had disrupted the city's bus and tram services that day, leaving us with no choice but to spend several hours walking around in the heat to reach the metro stations.

The hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport. The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom. We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.

Located right in the centre of the city, 5 min from the Porta Nuova bus station,the hotel is in a very beautigul and elegant building. We had an incident when we arrived ,the electricity was down in the neihhbourhood and we had to wait 1 hour to get the key to our room.Apart from that, everything was ok and breakfast was delicious and with a greaty variety of dishes. Good quality for the respective price.
