Für 4 Nächte als Alleinreisende reserviert, ist die Lage nicht so zentrale wie andere lokale Hotels so kann 10/15 Min. zu Fuß zu einem Ort sein, aber dann hat es den Vorteil, nicht direkt im Zentrum/Geräusch zu sein. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und modern, Lebensmittel ist gut. Der Service im Hotel war großartig keine Fragen und waren immer an der Hand, um Fragen zu beantworten oder Angebot Unterstützung. Es gibt einen täglichen DJ rund um den Pool,, viele Optionen für den Sitz rund um den Pool.

Eine Serviced Apartment, Sie können in Ihrem Zimmer kochen, fünf bis sechshundert Meter vom Strand entfernt, es gibt einige Restaurants in der Nähe, aber der Preis ist teurer, es gibt keine Supermärkte in der Nähe, nur einige Kantinen. Der Zimmerservice war sehr allgemein. Niemand ergriff die Initiative, um die Bettwäsche nach sieben Tagen zu wechseln. Deshalb wechselte ich jeden Tag ein Badetuch, um den Müll herauszunehmen. Der wichtigste Punkt war, dass kein WLAN-Netzwerksignal im Zimmer war und meine eigene Telefonkarte 4G & # 128555;

Room was very clean and hotel central to restaurants. Parking only available on the street or municipal lots nearby. Breakfast was adequate with scrambled eggs, beans, veggies, yogurt. Bathroom was very small and you had no room to move around. I’d think of this as 2 star vs 3 star hotel as it did feel very basic.

The apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion. When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room. I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.

Lovely hotel/apartments, although rooms were basic, they were adequate, especially for the price we paid. Not too far from the centre, there is also shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Pool area nice and clean. We didn't use the restaurant facilities, so we can't comment. We have to to better places, bit we've also been to worse. But you get what you pay for and we would stay here again.

The apartment is ok but the kitchen stove is not working we cant cook and lots of ants..

Отличный отель. Жила в нем в низкий сезон, поэтому никакой шум с улицы не мешал, спала в тишине. Заселили раньше стандартного часа. Расположение очень удобное, до пляжей с двух сторон пешком пройтись минут 5. Чистая удобная постель, полотенца. Хороший вид с балкона, частично на море. Приветливый персонал, отличные разнообразие завтраки. Единственный недостаток - нет питьевой воды в номере. Пришлось пойти купить, магазины прямо в соседних зданиях. Прекрасный отдых, чистое море, пляжи. Ресторанов вокруг достаточно. Ночью все вымирает с октября до следующего сезона, потусить можно в единственном баре с дискотекой.
