酒店新整，格調雅緻，傢俱齊備，衞生良好，裝修既有民族特色，又不失現代時尚。酒店前面有不小的停車場，但我是春節初六入住，入場後發現沒有空餘車位。到前台詢問怎樣停車，前台小妹告知這幾天旁邊賽牛場舉辦苗族“花山節”鬥**賽，所以車位相對緊張了一些。小妹立即出來幫我安排停放位置。見我的車較大在臨時停車位停靠不太舒適，小妹立即去把她上班開的車開出車場另找地方，為我騰出一個標準車位，讓我順暢安心停放。這一切，做得太仔細貼心了，可見酒店的服務質量。酒店的早餐也不錯。如果要提點意見，我提兩點：①入户廊燈是壞的，請安排師傅檢修好，不能讓設施壞損。②wifi密碼稍嫌麻煩了一些，對我們這樣的老年遊客不友好，可以簡化一點。
