Der Service ist einfach erstklassig: unglaublich höflich, aufmerksam und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Räumlichkeiten sind liebevoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer blitzsauber und haben eine warme, heimelige Atmosphäre, in die man nach langen Spaziergängen durch Hoa Lu wunderbar zurückkehren kann. Die Gastgeberin ist immer für einen da, stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, gibt gerne Tipps für die besten Routen und kümmert sich von Herzen um jedes Anliegen. A masszázst is ajánlom mindmekinek, nagyon kellemes és szakszerű volt. Nagyon kedvező áron nagy tisztaságban lehet időttőlteni itt. Szép egyszerű szobák, gyors kiszolgálás. The property is surrounded by beautiful, lush greenery, which creates a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff and the owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I would also highly recommend the massage service – it was very professional and extremely relaxing. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable, and the service is quick and efficient. Considering the quality, the price is very reasonable, making it a great value for money. We truly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for having us!

It's 3 mins down dirt roads in Trang An (where the longest and biggest major boat ride attraction is located), from the main paved road and such a beautiful setting in the mountains and ponds because of it. Quiet and peaceful not busy and backpacker like Tam Coc or city like Ninh Bin. They have a 2 story building with big new modern rooms I stayed in with a long large shared balcony with seating built in 2025. I never saw the older single rooms across the property but there were guests in them. The hostess is very helpful and accommodating along with her 2 daughters. They cook breakfast included, do laundry, rent motorbikes, help booking Xanh or Grab, sell water and snacks. New modern indoor seating for meals. Bicycles are free to borrow and riding around the dirt roads enjoying the scenery is a treat. A very easy place to stay. I personally rented a motorbike and was out from morning until 9pm every day sight seeing. Wake up and look at the beautiful mountains every morning in this homestay. Everything is affordably priced and normal for the region. Cheaper than other cities in Vietnam. They do NOT do CREDIT CARD booking payment. Pay for your room, motorbike, laundry, food when you check out with CASH so make sure you have enough on your last day.

A very friendly family runs this small homestay. We felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A delicious breakfast was also provided, and if the weather is warm enough, you can use the pool. Otherwise, it's also pleasant to relax on the sun lounger in front of the pool. Many thanks to the whole family who run this homestay and ensured we had a wonderful stay.

Мы недавно провели несколько дней в Ниньбине и остановились в отеле, который порадовал нас своим комфортом и атмосферой. Сначала хочется отметить приветливый и внимательный персонал. Они всегда были готовы помочь с любыми вопросами и предложить советы о том, что стоит увидеть в окрестностях. Нам предложили экскурсию по местным достопримечательностям, что стало отличным началом нашего пребывания. Так же мы арендовали у них байк на котором объездили множество красивейших локаций. Номер, в котором мы остановились, был просторным и чистым, с удобной кроватью и современными удобствами. Нам особенно понравился вид из окна — живописные рисовые поля и горные пейзажи создавали невероятную атмосферу. Мы определенно рекомендуем его всем, кто планирует посетить Ниньбин!

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem schönen Heimaufenthalt in Hoa Lu, in der Nähe von Ninh Binh, geblieben und es war perfekt. Die Besitzer sind so nett und sorgen sich um sie sprechen nicht viel Englisch, aber sie machen Sie sich mit ihren Herzen willkommen fühlen. Es war die beste Erfahrung, die wir in Vietnam hatten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel, mit einem schönen Badezimmer und Blick auf den Garten und den Pool. Das Essen war erstaunlich wir hatten Frühstück, Mittagessen, Abendessen und sogar Kaffee am Nachmittag, und alles war lecker. Wir haben auch ein Motorrad aus dem Heimweg vermietet, was sehr einfach war. Ich empfehle diesen Ort wirklich, wenn Sie Frieden, gutes Essen und schöne Leute wollen.

Неплохой отель. Очень тихий и зелёный. Есть бассейн но я не купалась, только на одну ночь останавливалась. Расположение удобное, так как рядом находится достопримечательность Hang Mua. Также рядом много кафе. И можно утром погулять вдоль рисовых полей, красивые места вокруг.номер очень большой по размеру.

A very clean and modern hotel. Beds are comfortable and the shower room is great. The hotel is located 2 minutes walk to the old town and city center. Many shops and restaurants around. The staff are kind. Highly recommend
