Blue Dolphin Beach Front Cottage is situated on two ocean front lots on the Golden Mile of the non-driving section of St. Augustine Beach. The house is the only ocean front house with a pool on the island. Situated on one lot is the oversized pool and pool deck on the other a charming 1936 beach cottage.  The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a large wraparound deck with a grill and views of the pool and ocean in one. The oversized master bedroom boasts a full size private deck with 180 degrees of ocean front. The property is managed by a local owner (not a remote landlord) so there are not layers of management, booking and service fees to pay or remote property monitoring cameras.  The cottage and beach are also dog friendly.  So what do our guests say they love about blue dolphin: - Direct on the ocean location ( not houses back)- The enormous pool, with floats, beach wagon, beach chairs, kids beach toys- The amazing sun rises of multiple colors, the daily spotting of breaching dolphins and whales during the winter time- Walking distance to all the island’s best restaurants (seafood, barbecue, tacos, cafes, ice cream, boutique coffee shop, French bakery and robust night life)- ten minute drive to The Nation’s oldest city which is rich in history, charm and culture. Grocery stores are near by Publix/Winn Dixie. Volleyball, miniature golf, and some of the best restaurants known for fresh seafood are minutes away. Shopping on beach,downtown(historical district) and outlet malls. Fishing, surfing,golfing,paddle boarding ,kayaking, jet skiing all close on island. We are in the "GOLDEN MILE" close to everything.
