This 3 bed/2 bath house sleeps 8 comfortably. The Sunroom is air conditioned with a futon for additional sleeping if needed. Each bedroom, where you will always find fresh, clean linens upon your arrival, has its own Smart TV featuring Samsung TV. Apps available on all Tv’s to log into your own accounts such as Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the house. The master bath has a walk-in shower, while the guest bath has a shower bath combo. Full size washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Grill out by the pool while enjoying the fire pit in the lush backyard that provides landscaping for complete privacy from the neighbors. (Please note that we try to keep the propane tanks full but cannot guarantee that they will be full. Lowes is 10 minutes from the house for refills.) The garage is not included. The living room fireplace is not available for use.
