Located on the North Causeway where public boat ramps and our beautiful beach with car and pedestrian access is straight east.The spaceA charming 1600 sq/ft Craftsman bungalow that is 99 years old. It has all the charm of old, including hardwood floors, high ceilings and plenty of natural light but with all of today’s comforts including newly remodeled bathrooms. You enter through a large open living room which leads to a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room behind that where you will find the back door access. Parallel to these room are the three bedrooms and two baths. The front bedroom has a queen bed, access to a small private sunroom and it has its own small bathroom. The hall bathroom is spacious and has a large shower with 2 shower heads. The middle bedroom has a king bed and the back bedroom has a queen. There is an outdoor table on the back patio that seats 5 and also has 5 Adirondack chairs to relax in. The washer/dryer is housed outside under the carport. Guest accessYou have the whole house to yourself. The door code will be provided the morning of your arrival. We are always available to answer questions and solve problems with a text or phone call and can typically get to the house within 15 minutes if necessary.
