Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

Für den Preis dieses Hotels ist es in einer ausgezeichneten Lage und ist sehr sauber. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es viele Dinge, die nicht funktionierten oder in dem Hotel zerbrochen wurden, einschließlich der Schlüsselkartenmaschine, so dass wir nur eine Schlüsselkarte für ein Zimmer für 3 Personen erhalten. In unserem Zimmer war der Badtürmantel auf dem Inneren abgerissen worden, bevor wir dort waren und einer unserer Freunde ins Innere verschlossen, ohne einen Weg rauszukommen. Sie versuchte mehrmals auf mehreren Zahlen für das Hotel/Vorderbüro und nicht ein einziges arbeitete. Sie waren entweder in Spanisch und wurden sofort aufgehängt oder abgekoppelt. Glücklich konnte sie mit uns in Kontakt kommen und sie rauslassen (sie war allein im Zimmer), aber das bedeutete, dass sie von einem anderen Ort zurück zum Hotel reisen. Nach diesem Vorfall wurde uns von der Frontdesk erzählt, dass sie kommen und die Tür reparieren würden, aber sie haben nie. Die Waschmaschine wurde auch gebrochen, so dass wir nur zwei Handtücher jeden Tag zwischen 3 Personen gegeben. Wenn nicht so viele Dinge gebrochen wären, wäre es ein anständiger Aufenthalt gewesen.

Die Hotelzimmer sind geräumig, der Service an der Rezeption ist ausgezeichnet, die Handtücher sind sauber und es gibt einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es auch eine Eismaschine, die viele Gäste erwähnt haben. Das Zimmer roch etwas unangenehm, weder nach Schimmel noch nach Abwasser, aber ich habe mich nach einer Weile daran gewöhnt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön.

Very clean hotel, very comfortable beds, awesomen staff and great connection to the airport. Breakfast could be improved, very few options and very few refills. Also the space for breakfast is very tiny and it gets very crowded.

Der Preis von mehr als $100 ist in dieser Position immer noch relativ erschwinglich. Sie können diesen Preis nicht mit dem Hotel in Höhe von $400 nehmen. Der kleine Bruder der Rezeption des Hotels ist besonders gut. Er sagt, er kann fünf Minuten zum Strand gehen, erzählt mir auch, dass ich auf dem Supermarkt gehen kann und so weiter, sehr erfreut und sehr intim. Die Schallpegel in der USA ist ein bisschen groß, haha, ich hoffe, der Boss ist wirtschaftlich gewachsen, er ist reich, um ein Versiegelungsfenster zu wechseln und dann ein Klimaanlage.

For me, the number one priority for a stay is cleanliness. Overall, our first impression of cleanliness in the hotel was a bit poor when you enter the hallway with an extremely dirty, dust-filled carpet. Upon entering the room, it looked fine - clean but very old-looking. The material on the chairs was peeling off. The bathroom was clean enough, but I still did not want to go barefoot in the shower. Note that all the towels are jet black, so you get piece of mind knowing that no stains will show up on them if there are any: Take that information however you want to interpret it. However our biggest grievance was that there was a small bloodstain on the bedsheets. I still trusted that it was probably clean and simply just a stain, but nevertheless… Gross. Overall, it’s fine as budget room. You get what you pay for. If you lower your standards enough, this place will do. On the other hand, the location was fantastic. Close to the beach and walking distance to quite a lot of fantastic restaurants.

I feel like this needs a proper review on this site. As my arrival was coming i was really worried about the place because of the reviews here. I was prepared for having to look for something different… i arrived and noticed that the house is secured nicely and the passcodes are working in the rooms and at the main door perfectly. The reviews also mention bad communication with the owner.. i have to say that they did not pick up my phone for the first time but as my check in was getting closer i got an email saying everything i needed. I also noticed another guest talking to them through WhatsApp so I recommend asking for this option as they probably have this accommodation listed on different apps too. There was a time when i locked myself out of the room and forgot my passcode so i asked another person that was staying there to reach them. It was approximately about 9:30 pm maybe later and they did respond in a few minutes and helped me out with this situation. The location is kind of scary in the night i have to say and you may meet different kinds of people but you have to count with this if you are looking for a cheap place to stay in a city like this. I was a solo woman traveler in Miami and i managed everything smoothly.

Humm, wie andere Leute sagten, es ist überhaupt nicht sauber. Ich sah zweimal die Bühne (Sie wissen, was für ein Bugs ich redet). Es gibt Haare im Bett, nicht unsere. Es gibt Mole im Kühlschrank ... Ich schlage vor, dass Sie Ihre eigenen Bettwäsche bringen, wenn Sie hier buchen. Alles ist veraltet, aber ich gebe es nichts. Ich denke, es könnte ein schönes Hotel sein, wenn der Betreuer mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf die Reinigung schenkt. Die Lage ist gut, Check-in und Check-out sind so glatt.

I booked the room for me to say @12::07am so I could go to get some sleep they said I couldn’t check in till 4pm so I had to pay again to book the room my self check out at 11am then went to the front desk told them to hold my deposit for the check in a 4pm by 2pm they sent my deposit back and I had to book it all over again so I didn’t get it and a waste of money
