The hotel had everything we needed and the food was ok. We were there for a night. Had everything we needed. Would come again if we're in the area.

Sehr sauber und sehr nahe zu touristischen Attraktionen wie der Ruby fallen. Gesamt guter Wert für Geld und empfohlen für Paare oder Einzelreisende. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich beim Einchecken und beim Auschecken verließen wir im Zimmer ein Artikel per Unfall. Das Personal hier war sehr hilfreich bei der Rückgabe der Artikel an uns. Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit.

One of our favorite places to stay!! We love the location! Easy to walk anywhere we want to go!! Staff is always amazing!! Some of our favorites are people watching from the balcony and hanging out at the awesome pool!! A little hidden paradise!! Book a long suite with a balcony….you won’t be disappointed 🙂

Room was clean….. front desk was fast and efficient for checking in and out! Conveniently close to Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain. Nice pool and complementary breakfast.

Zwei Zimmer reserviert und für eine Nacht mit der Familie geblieben. Das Inn liegt in der Nähe des Interstate und überblickte den Berg. Frühstück war sehr einfachPancakes, Kaffee, Getreide. Der Pancake war sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren im Allgemeinen sauber, aber hatten einen Geschmack eines alten Zimmers. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und checkte in / aus war schnell. Frühstück könnte besser sein, aber insgesamt war es gut.

Would have given them 5 happy faces for the swimming pool BUT it was only open from 9 a.m. til 10 p.m. We didn't get to swim because of the time limitations. 👎 I was so disappointed 😞 But and on a different subject, and more importantly, i suppose, is the bed was so very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Which is what is the main thing one looks for in a place to sleep. So thumbs up for the mattress!👍👍👍👍👍 Everything was clean and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the charming woodsy view from our room window! 😊👍 We loved the shower walls. So much so we may decorate our home shower with it.💖😉

The room was clean for the most part (the price we paid, you can't expect it to be spotless). The stay was okay, our air-conditioner didnt work and we were so tired the first nignt, we didnt say anything. We got up and left, spending most of the day out. When we got back, we still didnt say anything about the air not working. However, on the 3rd day we did mention it to the guy up front. He offered to change rooms but we declined since we only had one more night left. The guy returned to our room with a box fan for us! Very sweet gesture and we gladly accepted. I always clean up after myself before leaving so they don't have as much of a mess to clean. It was a $50 deposit at check-in with the statement it could be 4-6 weeks before its issued back. We recieved the deposit back the same day, a few hours after leaving. Again, it isnt a luxury high-end place but it was worth the price paid and a very friendly front desk worker!

Unser erstes Zimmer war nicht gereinigt und das Bett war nicht gemacht. Das zweite Zimmer war offenbar zuvor an einen Raucher vermietet worden. Der Geruch war überwältigend. Unser drittes Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, aber zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren wir bereit aufzugeben. Wir nahmen das Zimmer an und verbrachten die Nacht. Das kontinentale Frühstück war wegen des Coronavirus geschlossen. Stattdessen bekamen wir einen Sack mit einem Muffin, einem Obstbecher, einem Müsliriegel und einer Flasche Wasser. Dies war unser 4. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Unsere bisherigen Erfahrungen waren ausgezeichnet. Wir werden uns jedoch in Zukunft nach anderen Unterkünften umsehen.

Wir besuchten für Valentines Wochenende, konnten um 2 Uhr anmelden. Zimmer sauber und schön. Dusche war erstaunlich und sauber. Nur die Beschwerde ist, dass wir 4 Pilze anstelle von 3 hätten benutzt haben können.

They accept guests 18+, which was the main reason to book it for my son, college student. The breakfast was pretty good, and the hotel was pretty clean. So, I would say it's the best hotel for the prica in the area
