2-Sterne-Hotels in Brevard County finden

Meine Frau und ich hatten vor der Heimfahrt nach Florida eine Reise vorbereitet und wir hatten gehört, dass sie einen SpaceX Dragon Start mit einem Astronaut aus unserer Heimatstadt neu planen, am letzten Tag, an dem wir dort sein werden. Wir sahen mehrere verschiedene Hotels und auf einem Whimm, entschieden, zu versuchen Travel Inn Titusville. Ehrlich gesagt, wir denken, es war ein wenig Sketch. Sie mussten eine Türbelle anrufen, um jemanden aus dem Haus hinter dem Hotel zu holen, um Sie zu prüfen. Das Büro erinnerte mich an ein Taxi-Kabinebüro mit einem kleinen Desktop und einem älteren Computer. Der Typ, der uns ins Haus schaute, war äußerst hilfreich und erzählte uns, wo der Start am besten zu beobachten war auf der Straße etwa zwei Meilen am Rotary Club Riverfront Park. Und er hatte sicher Recht!! Wir haben den Schlüssel und wurden in einen kleinen Bau-Caddy-Ecke in das Büro, wo unser Zimmer war. Nur draußen erinnerte es mich an die Art von Hotel, auf dem ich wohnen würde, als ich ein Kind war, das mit meinen Eltern reist. Sehr retro!! Wir öffneten die Tür zu unserem Zimmer und waren angenehmen überrascht. Das Zimmer hatte ein sehr schönes komfortables Aussehen. Das Bett war interessant ...a etwas wie ein Bean-Beutel LOL. Das Badezimmer und die Dusche waren schön groß und leicht handhabbar. Insgesamt würden wir sicher zurückkommen!

Do Not stay here if you are a travel team or traveling with a group of kids!!!  **We are not the 1st to have had this experience! Unfortunately,  we had booked before we saw the negative review by another team.   We visited this hotel this summer traveling with our baseball team. Our team has no idea why Brenda  offered this hotel for our stay, when clearly it was not a kid friendly hotel. We booked about 12 rooms months ahead of time, and clearly stated it was a family baseball travel team that would be staying here. We have experienced traveling together as a team for  years now and had never had such poor treatment before. Rules or waivers should have been given to one adult per guest room prior to our booking , not to just one parent to sign  on behalf of the entire team, and after the fact that we had checked in and had begun to experience negative actions by the hotel. In the past , if we received such a waiver, it was prior to a booking and especially before check in. Not while you are already a guest and can not cancel your stay without penalty.   Our bad experience had to do mainly with how poorly the staff resolved our issues, making us feel unwelcomed at this hotel. We had no where to congregate and enjoy the evening with friends. Past 10pm, we could not be in the lobby nor in the dining/conference area, we could not be outside in the pool area whether you were in or out of the pool. We are families traveling with our children for vacation and baseball tournaments. After a day at the park , we wanted to enjoy time together,  dinner , and conversations together, but we could not do this here.   One factor when traveling as a team , we must accommodate budgets, which is a reason why we stayed here. To keep costs down, our team  likes to gather and bring food to eat together or celebrate, and at this hotel we were either rushed out of the common area or could not stay past 10pm. That's not so easy when you have teenage boys excited about winning games, celebrating birthdays and vacationing together.   We parents really tried to make it work for our boys, but this hotel is not where you want to bring your team . We spent our nights in the parking lot gathering, while our kids played organized games outside. The police were called on us more than once either by hotel staff  or guests, but the police patrolled and never came to break our gathering outside nor did they find the boys to be doing anything wrong. They allowed us to continue congregating outside, as this hotel did not allow us inside other than in our rooms. How demeaning to all of us who are guests of this hotel, to resort to gathering in a parking lot.   Many parents like myself were upset and we tried speaking to Brenda who booked this stay for us, but she was only to be found a day or 2 before we left from our week stay, and was there at the times we were not , due to our boys' games. Brenda had an unpleasant call with our team mom, blaming us as a whole for not abiding

I stayed here for one night, September 28, Room 216. When I entered the room, the AC was set to 71. I raised the temperature a bit. I noticed everything felt cold (expected) and damp, including the floor. I figured it was due to the AC. The next morning, the floor was moist enough to get my socks wet. The thermostat showed 74 degrees. Another problem was that the bathroom door couldn't close. I don't think the problems are related. I notified the front desk when I checked out. The room and breakfast area were quite clean and the TV was huge.

Overall this is a great place to stay. We did the stay and park for a cruise we were taking with the terminal across the street. The room was great! Very clean, smelled good, beds were comfortable, bathroom and shower is large. Hallways, food area all great and clean. Only con I have is the staff. One lady in particular. Looks older, glasses, short yellow blonde hair. Rude is an understatement. While in line to check in she was on the phone with a customer and actually said, ”let me just stop you there, I don't need to hear anymore, you've called the wrong place, you need to call .....” then said, ”I already told you that you've not called the right place, I don't need to hear what you are saying”. Then after the phone call she looked at me and said, ”what do you need”. I said, ”well I'd like to check in”. She was not friendly or welcoming at all. I was highly disappointed. Her attitude actually had me commenting to my spouse that maybe I chose the wrong place to stay! Later in the day I came down to purchase something out of the snack/drink area and ask the young man at the desk if I could pay in cash or did I need my card and she interrupted her coworker and said, ”he doesn't take cash but I will so just bring it here”. I remained friendly and thanked her. We had stayed in another area the night before at a Holiday Inn Express and the difference between the two was the Hostess/front desk. This lady should not be behind the counter. She is rude and not friendly at all!

Das Gute: Das Internet war überraschend schnell (25-30 mbps heruntergeladen, obwohl die Uploadgeschwindigkeit nicht fast so schnell war). Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig und das Sachen, das zu arbeiten war, funktionierte richtig. Die Verkaufspreise der Maschine waren vernünftig Needs Verbesserung: Die Matratzen sind zu starr und schwimmend, aber nicht in einem Maße, das würde verhindern, dass man schläft. Ich habe keine Fehler im Zimmer oder irgendwelche seltsamen Leute gesehen, obwohl jemand im Büro spät in der Nacht über Lautmusik klagen. Ich vermute, Bodenzimmer entfernt vom Poolbereich(wo ich geblieben habe) würde ruhiger sein. Ich würde vorschlagen, mit dem Vorderbüro zu sprechen, da sie Sie bewegen können, wenn es nötig. Ich habe nicht das Frühstück probiert, aber es war vernünftig für den Festland.

Unsere Familie hat sich schon seit vielen Jahren auf diesem Grundstück zu verbringen, für Shuttle-Starts und Kreuzfahrten beide oder nur eine Reise zum Strand. Dieses Grundstück ist definitiv der beste Wert in der Umgebung, immer sauber, sicher, und erschwinglich, bequem für die Orte. The management and staff are always professional and accommodating , and this , along with the overall exceptional condition of facilities reflects directly on its ownership . Wir haben dieses Gebäude mehrmals als Windham Award Winning Property nominiert . Großes Job ! Großer Aufenthalt !
