Surprisingly, the suite was *so* spacious—like wow. And having our suite connected to my dad’s room made everything so convenient, just moving in and out easily without hassle. A few small downsides though: limited tissues, the TV wasn’t working, and the toilet door wouldn’t close properly lol. Location-wise, it’s pretty strategic—just at the end corner, close to Oriental. Security is solid too. My little sister arrived around 2:30am after her shift, and the guard didn’t allow her in without verification, so we had to go down and pick her up. Honestly, that’s reassuring. But I have to say—I *love* the lobby. The blend of British and Malay heritage is so elegant, and the lobby smells sooo nice 😍 Overall, comfy stay with a few quirks—but still a good one ✨

Worth the price. Easy check in and chec out. Parking is available along the hotel building, but it may be hard because it is limited, but there is carpark behind the hotel (with charge). Iron ia available on every floor, you can use iron at the balcony. Room service is satisfactory. Cons: 1. remote control for aircond is out of battery, so we cannot adjust the temperature 2. No hot water for shower 3. Tap and shower head are leaking.

Ich habe 2 Mal im Mixx Hotel geblieben. Es gibt 2 Zimmer, der neue Teil des Hotels, der mehr Einrichtungen hat, Netflix & Youtube TV Auswahl, Wasserkessel, größeres Badezimmer und größeres Zimmer. Wo es auch eine ältere Typ Zimmer mit kleinerer Zimmer, kleinerer Badezimmer, nur Kanal-Selektionsfernseher, keine Wasserkocher, aber es gibt ein kleines Kühlschrank in der Innenstadt. Allerdings hat die ältere Zimmerart einige Formteile auf dem Deckel, die sehr nass ist und nicht so sauber wie die neue Zimmerart. Das Foto, das ich hochgeladen habe, ist die neuere Zimmerart.

Complaint regarding poor stay experience on May 29th, 2026 Dear Hotel Management Team, I am writing to bring to your attention some significant issues I encountered during my stay at your hotel on the night of May 29th, 2026, in Room 108 Firstly, I noticed that the bed sheets and duvet cover appeared to have not been changed prior to my arrival. Throughout the night, my skin – particularly on my legs – felt extremely itchy after coming into contact with the bedding, which caused considerable discomfort and disrupted my sleep. In addition to this, there was excessive noise disturbance from the adjacent room during the late hours of the night. Loud shouting and commotion occurred unexpectedly, and despite the disturbance being severe enough to wake me and prevent me from returning to sleep, no hotel staff member appeared to be on duty to address or manage the situation. This suggests that there may be gaps in your overnight staffing arrangements, and that standard cleaning protocols for guest rooms may not be properly enforced. I have always held your hotel in good regard, which is why I feel it is important to share this feedback with you. Such issues not only affect individual guests’ experience but also impact the reputation of your establishment. I hope you will conduct a thorough investigation into these matters, take appropriate action to rectify the problems, and ensure that proper procedures are in place to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. Das Hotelzimmer ist sauber, wertvoll, da der Preis sehr niedrig im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Stadt ist. Aber für den Autofahrer, kann es einige zusätzliche Zeit dauern, um zu fahren. Für diejenigen, die den Ort nicht kennen,Es ist ermutigend, GPS zu verwenden, um den Ort richtig zu bekommen. Parkplatz muss online bezahlen, es sei denn, Sie erhalten den kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel mit roter Farblinie.

Obwohl das Hotel vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist. Personal Md Numan half mir, Druckaufdrucke zu nehmen. Ich empfehle den Aufenthalt, wenn Sie in der Nähe Kuala Lumpur bleiben

A decent room with reasonable price, shampoo & toothbrush were provided. Might be slightly difficult to get a public car park space during peak lunch & dinner period. This hotel is conveniently located with alot of restaurant, pharmacies, bakery, massage shop nearby. Daily morning market is also just right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended this hotel for the location.

Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer war gut gepflegt, und die Einrichtungen erfüllten meine Erwartungen. Das Personal war aufmerksam und machte meinen Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel. Ich würde dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.

It’s a nice place to stay, especially because it is very close to the MRT and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable and the design is nice. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the location is very convenient. Would consider staying here again.
