You will have two spacious bedrooms with Queen-sized beds. There are two bathrooms with standing shower, American toilet and vanity. To prepare your meals you will have a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. All dinnerware, drink ware, cooking utensils, pots and pans provided.Just off the kitchen you will have a dining table for four so you can share quality time with your loved one(s). There is also a living room with a couch and a flat screen TV with premium cable channels for your entertainment. For outdoor living you will have a private and spacious front porch with seating for 3 persons, overlooking the garden.The house is only a 5 minutes drive or from a free community beach with seating. Our premises are very secure and the neighbourhood is mostly quiet. You will also be a short drive or walk from restaurants, bars, grocery shops and resorts. Attractions like the Rose Hall Great House and the Greenwood Great House are less than 5 minutes' drive away. THINGS TO DOThere is Wi-Fi and Cable tv for your entertainment. Also, there are dominoes and cards that you can use. There are bars, sports bars, restaurants, and the expansive Caribbean Sea nearby for you to enjoy yourself. There's snorkeling, rafting, horseback riding, off-roading, ziplining, hiking, bird watching, swimming, hunting, boating, para-sailing and so much more to do!The house is 1.5 hours drive from both Negril and Ocho Rios which means you can explore most of the island's main attractions with the home as your base. The main roadway passes by this community (no traffic noise at the house) so it's easy to get going!
